Resounding Dissolution
There were numerous murders in Comstock, Romania which had caused the Circle of Elders led by Marcus to call a group of elite hunters for aid in dealing with the supernatural threat that plagued Romania. To this several hunters came including Adam, Elsie, Cannare/Cana, the first two having a history which made them wary to work together. Nathaniel, Marcus’s brother came to explain the situation in the town, Cana finding the council insufficient sought out the Mayor wanting his co operation in her hunt for the supernatural. Adam wanted to leave, but Nathaniel revealed that he believed Jericho was probably behind the murders. The Wolf’s were torn apart by their tyrannical leader Victor, Dru his daughter went out alone pissed off at her father.
Lillian awoke telling Stefan to tell the other vampires to gather for a meeting, as she headed to out to feast on a man lost in the woods. After returning to the meeting area she met up with Thomas, Lalia, Victoria, and Sebastian explaining how she wanted to work with the wolves to investigate who was behind the murders despite the other vampires believing it had to be the wolves. Another hunter Mace arrived late meeting up with Nathaniel to learn about the situation, while the wolves went off to hunt Alexander a white wolf learned there was a pack in this area. He was attacked by a pack, but Kane came to his aid intrigued with running with a white wolf, while Dru came because she was enticed by him. They both started friendship with him for very different reasons.
The next morning rolled around and the wolves returned to their human forms to act as regular humans mingling. Kane went to the bar where he coerced three people he beat up earlier to pay for his drinks, while flirting with a bar tender. Alexander managed to steal some clothes from a slaughtered couple, and reunited with Kane learning they were both outsiders to the pack in the area. Dru passed out but went into the basement to confront Felix a wolf who’d refused to join their pack but hunted in their area. Dru tried to coerce him to join the pack, but he refused and nearly escaped until Victor came injuring him and Dru warning her to kill him or she’d suffer. Dru decided to “Suffer” Freeing Felix and going to her shift at the bar, while Michael awoke in the forest murdering a priest and stealing his clothes & carriage. Cana had managed to influence the mayor having the people in town touch a silver bell during the day time seeking to draw out the wolves.
Adam met up with Elsie in the morning to discuss their past, and that they should work together to stop Jericho. Felix went to the bar, before protesting the bell test, and using a stick to cheat the test, but ink planted on the bell revealed he was a wolf. Felix revealed his identity, and fled in the crowd’s following panic, Adam and Elsie tried to stop the wolf but ran into Jericho whom they both pursued. HE ran into Michael in his stolen carriage, and they both went to safety as the sun began to go down. The three whom had been beaten realized Kane was a wolf but he managed to murder them, and escape despite the guards, while Alexander killed one hunter but spared Mace’s life before fleeing. Dru had come home to be confronted by her father Victor who brutally beat her, tied/gagged her, and poured gasoline on her planning to set her ablaze the next morning.
Kane went into hiding, and Alexander followed Dru’s scent to her finding her and freeing her from her bindings. Nathaniel confronted Cana not wanting her to kill wolves in human form, she told the Council off and left to hunt the vampires as well. Lillian flew to confront Victor, who revealed he believed the vampires were being more brutal to frame the wolves. Jasper awoke, spotted Lillian the woman he transformed and stalked her in the shadows to see the confrontation with Victor. Kane joined Dru’s side wanting to help her having tracked them via Alexander’s scent. Jasper confronted Victor, upsetting him as he agreed to meeting one.
He respected the rules of the pact, and decided to work with them to investigate the murders. He fled to his own to deal with the situation there, while Felix snuck towards the house to ease drop on the situation. Dru wanted let Alexander, Kane, and the others run to safety, but they refused wanting to help Dru escape Victor’s tyrannical oppression. Cana met with the Mayor again, getting assistance from him and a local on areas vampires & Werewolves might stay, Elsie met up with Cana wanting to hunt the wolves when they were vulnerable, starting with the search for Felix. Felix and Michael had met up with the rest of the pack, and decided to run together, while Elsie & Cana met up with Victor but he easily evaded them, however they followed in his general direction.
Jasper began asking Lillian about the last 200 years, and learned her brother Vlad was in a coma, wanting to help him, they went to feed together learning about each other’s methods. Victoria, and Lalia both going their separate ways to feed not wanting to upset one another. They both picked out their prey drunkards, and enjoyed them before meeting up with each other. Another wolf attacked Cana to get her off Victor’s trail, but she managed to overpower the wolf and use melted silver mixed with an acid to kill it. Elsie left her on her to pursue the alpha, but ran into another wolf in human form distracting her. Elsie managed to kill her wolf as well, but Victor’s trail was lost so they both went back to the bar to drink over their failures. There they met another hunter named Leonard, who appeared as a civilian and he explained it was not a disguise. Adam had been knocked unconscious after a battle against Jericho who left to continue his reign of terror.
Leonard took an instant disliking of Cana, the feeling being mutual, as they discussed their skills, and what they might possibly be hunting. Lillian meanwhile led Jasper to meet Vlad explaining he was locked up from everyone else since he was “Dead” to the world, and that she needed a motivation to keep living wanting her emotions back. Leonard and Elsie discussed the possibility of an intelligent werewolf, hybrid, or possibly a new creature. Jasper spoke to Lillian about finally letting her brother pass on if necessary, while Victoria ease dropped on the conversation. Alexander lead the wolves to a mine camp where they could hide out for the night, while Mace sought out the other hunters after sleeping with some women wanting to help stop the creatures of the night. The older vampires sensed Victoria asking her to join them, and entered Vlad’s hiding place also Lillian’s room. Michael explained his plan to wipe out Victor plus his followers, while Krieger arrived in Romania. He saved a woman from a vampire, then feed on, Interrogated, and killed him before heading to his coffin.
Lillian wanted Jasper to stay believing he was her only hope of ever getting Vlad to wake not wanting to end his life. Jasper decided to stay the coven for the night, instead of heading back to his own coffin. The next day Michael left to meet up with Elsie wanting to find Cana, and get her help for his plan in slaying Victor’s loyalists. Lucien meanwhile met with his father Cezar explaining how the family helped slaughter supernatural, and that working together they could save the town, but keep the people ignorant of creatures wanting to blame it on cocaine. Cezar agreed, and Lucien received an invitation from his grandfather Andrei to meet with the Council of Elders. Michael made up a story about how God had saved him from the werewolves so that he could lead her to them.
Elsie was doubtful of Michael’s story but agreed to join him for breakfast wanting to get fully dressed. They met where they had proper introductions, while Lucien ran into Leonard at the pub wanting to discuss theories on the cause of the murders. Cana awoke after a night filled with dreams about vampires, her leg still in pain from the wolf’s earlier attack. Michael had breakfast with Elsie as he explained why he was in Romania, and where he’d seen the wolves gather. Elsie parted with him wanting to attack the wolves with the other hunters before the full moon, while Michael departed to go find Victor wanting to get to phase 2 of setting the trap.
Alexander left the pack to go hunting stressed about the situation with Victor, while Dru spoke with the other wolves to get her mind off the day. Michael met with Victor lying about how he pretended to help Dru to gain her trust, while Cana sought out Mayor Cezar wanting to find strangers in town. She learned Cezar had blamed the “Werewolf” situation on cocaine, and that the town assumed she was a lunatic leading to some violence, and attacking two guards to get to Cezar, who was firm on his stand about the supernatural. Cana had a mental break down, and used one of her weapons to set not only the Mayor’s office on fire but the entire building not caring if the fire spread believing the hunters were working with the supernatural.
Dru revealed her feelings to Felix that she couldn’t bare murdering her father even though the beast had taken over, Felix doing his best to comfort her blaming himself for rebelling against the pack. Michael managed to get Victor’s trust, and returned to Dru to warn the wolves the plan for hunters vs Victor’s wolves had been set in motion. Elsie joined Lucien and Leonard wanting their help to slaughter the wolves at the mine, pondering where the other hunters had run off too. Dru wanted to go gather food going along with Felix, Alexander seeing that scene grew jealous as he returned from his hunt. Elsie explained what Michael had told him, and wanted to gather Cana, and the others to attack the mine field. Cana meanwhile garnered support via the priests, and head guard seeking to use their power to amass a small army of town folk, and wanting to prove the existence of the supernatural, not blaming it on cocaine.
Michael met up with Alexander wanting to make sure he was not trying to replace his plan with another. He agreed on him with having a Plan B just in case things didn’t work out, as Dru & Felix returned from gathering food for the Pack. Elsie left the hunters to find Cana seeing her amassing a little crowd, while the sun set causing the vampires to awaken again. Lillian began to bond with Jasper wanting to go feeding with her and Victoria. Victoria left on her own to gather victims wanting the hunt to be exciting again, while Krieger intended to head to the coven to meet Lillian but was intercepted by Victoria the first girl he ever turned.
Alexander and Michael both smelled Victor’s wolves were coming, preparing for battle, while Kane wanted to take Dru away not wanting her to interfere in the battle against Victor. Lucien went to gather supplies from Cezar only to find his office burned to death, he broke down until he was confronted by his friend Costel revealing Cana might be responsible. Lucien recovered from his emotional trauma declaring the wolves at the mine field were the main priority, he was the new mayor, and that he would seek revenge on Cana. Krieger intended to restore Victoria’s memories of him starting by feasting on a drunken couple, while Cana had managed to gather some of the towns Christians against the monsters claiming Cezar supported the supernatural. Krieger began spending time with Victoria both of them intoxicated from drunkard’s blood, while the wolves transformed into beasts as Victor arrived.
Jasper wanted to go feed on wolves with Lillian but revealed the pack between the two species would not allow it. Krieger meanwhile tried to convince Victoria to hunt wolves before kissing her to restore her memories. Victor engaged in bloody combat with The Wolves engaged in combat with the rest of Victor’s pack as they all smelled the hunters nearing. Alexander began his battle against Victor despite interference from Victor’s wolves, while guards became involved with the fight but overall proved useless against the wolves. Victoria’s memories were restored of the night her husband beat her near death, and Krieger turned her. She feared Krieger was here to kill her, as vampires often did to their obsolete creations. Krieger claimed he did not intend to kill her finding her interest, merely wanting her to enjoy the hunt instead of getting through with it so quickly.
Lucien meanwhile arrived with Gavril, Costel, Daniel, Kuzo, and Oliver aiding the hunters in their crusade against the wolves proving ruthless in their elimination of the beasts. Elsie arrived along with Cana and Leonard joining the battle, with Elsie realizing vampires had arrived at the fight. She discerned at least 50 wolves in combat realizing it must have had to do with rebellion against the Alpha, as Lillian and Jasper flew to observe the battle as well wondering if the new Alpha would respect or shatter the pact. Kane slaughtered some amateur hunters before going after Elsie. Krieger along with Victoria also went to the scene of the battle where Krieger met up with Jasper the vampire who had turned him. Krieger was eager to be reunited with his maker revealing his purpose was to investigate the murders. Another wolf managed to overwhelm Elsie going to kill her, but Kane saved her having feelings for her for reasons unknown to him.
Dru saw it but promised Kane she would never tell anyone, as some of the hunters began to retreat having suffered heavy losses during the battle. Elsie meanwhile knew she’d met Kane before but couldn’t remember the encounter leaving with Cana who blamed Lucien for their failure of the militia. Victor managed to overpower Alexander, while Mace the hunter murdered Lalia, one of the vampires in the coven seeking to kill a wolf. Mace remembered Alexander as the wolf who’d spared his life, and launched a bow into Victor, allowing Alexander to kill the momentarily distracted Victor. Mace now having paid his debts to Alexander said they would be enemies once more, and walked away. He went to the bar where he ran into Elsie who confronted him about he wasn’t helping the other hunters. She wanted his help to organize the hunters to hunt, while Mace didn’t regret sparing Alexander’s life.
Alexander and Dru professed their love for each other, with Felix, Michael, and Kane they fled to a shack to evade the hunters, and Dru left with Felix to gather clothes. Dru revealed she had feelings for Felix as well, while Lillian and Jasper realized they had a connection when they fed, before retreating back to the coven to sleep as the sun rose. Victoria, and Krieger did the same as well, while Michael was taken over by his animalistic urges causing him to leave the shed, break into an elderly couple’s home, murder them, and pass out. Lucien’s men all went to sleep except him who broke up an argument between Elsie and Mace at the bar in his quest to find Cana. Dru revealed to Felix she loved Alexander, wanting help to rebuild the Pack but wanted Felix to remain as a friend heading back to Alexander & Co with clothes.
Felix felt betrayed having true feelings for Dru, and was jealous of Alexander, while Kane/Michael both supported Alexander over Felix. Lucien wanted to help Elsie, but Cana intervened playing on his emotions from Cezar’s death causing him to snap. She pushed him until he slapped her, and she nearly cut his ear off. She left planning on murdering him as well believing the militia would be needed to cleanse the town of monsters, while also dealing with a horrible smell. Elsie had slipped away from the conflict running into another person, Kane who’d left the pack’s shed to come to town to seek out Elsie. Kane revealed his identity to her, and they made their way into a shed with Elsie struggling to remember who he has, having trouble recalling her past before becoming a killer. Kane and her began kissing causing Kane to have a brief flash back of them together as children.
Elsie recalled that he’d been bullied because of his size but she stood up for him, but that he’d saved her life because she made one bad choice after another until they met. She when she hunted she thought of the monsters as bullies, and killed them in remembrance of him. They then slept together, Elsie having peaceful dreams for once. Dru apologized to Felix saying that they could only be friends, which deeply upset him. Hours later night came once again as Lillian awoke with Jasper wanting to find Krieger to learn more about his intentions, while Victoria didn’t know how she truly felt about the vampire that turned her believing him a bit off. Kane awoke with Elsie realizing that he’d fallen in love with her, while she prepared to go hunting wondering if Kane could control the beast. Kane didn’t know but realized he was in love with Elsie.
Lucien had went to see the local priest Father Peter to tell them that Cana was demon possessed, and sought out help from the guard to put an end to her. Lucien’s old love Sabine had come to Romania as well due to the death of her husband at the hands of a wolf, Lucien managed to track down Cana overpowering, cutting, and burning her alive deciding against having her arrested as she seemed to have a complete mental break down. Mace met up with Elsie at the pub to confess his feelings for her, running into Sabine who wanted to find Lucien both hunters proving useless in that regard. Alexander called the wolves to order intending to have a meeting with the vampires to re establish their alliance with Victor deceased.
Michael’s own sanity began fading as he ran away from the group to go feed despite being stuck in human form that night, while Kane had passed information of the vampire’s whereabouts to the hunters. Lucien meanwhile reunited with his lover at the inn while Mace, and Dru had already left running into some other hunters going after the vampires with the information Kane had passed them. Krieger met up with Victoria again to re kindle their relationship which seemed to be cut to a halt as the wolves arrived, Alexander wanting to speak to Lillian. However before any sort of conference could begin the hunters attacked, the wolves standing to the side as pay back for the vampires not aiding them against Vicrtor.
Kane was eager to fight the vampires, more so when Elsie was hurt. Managing a sort of half transformation into a wolf despite it being a moonless night, using this form to square off against the vampires, and protect his lover exposing his love for a human to the wolves. This lead to a mini battle between the vampires, and the rest of the wolves stuck in human form, during which Lucien as well as Sabine joined.
After the battle between the wolves and vampires, Kane had carried Elsie to the hospital where doctors rushed to her aid. Lillian and Jasper had an argument back at the coven where Lillian was angry he shattered the pack saying they needed the wolves help. This ended their relationship as she sent Jasper away, while Felix came wanting to make an alliance offering his service to her in protection for Dru, and her unborn child. Felix was hurt over the choices he made regarding the pack, while Kane limped back to the pack. Victor’s wolves had spoken with Alexander that Victor’s mansion was open to them, Alexander happy that they were co operating but sent them home wanting to confront Kane alone. Sarah confronted Marcus to reveal 23 people had been murdered last night by the mysterious killer.
His brother Nicklaus had written the message, and Marcus intended to head to Romania to help put an end to the killer. Michael had enjoyed the fight slaughtering hunters due to his sanity fading away, however he confronted Felix trying to find out where he ran off too. Lucien had been attacked by Jasper but spared, and later that morning went out in search of Sabine. Felix defended Kane wanting to have a good standing in the group but made it to clear to him he thought he was reckless. Lucien managed to reunite with Sabine whom he’d been worried about while all the wolves moved to Victor’s old residence to recuperate.
Ivan the vampire made his way to the coven in the area covered in clothing to avoid the sunlight, and remained that way until night fall when he confronted the now lucid Lillian about joining the coven. Dru went to visit Felix that night discussing their feelings, and exposing her pregnancy. Alexander had also awoken and ease dropped learning the two wolves had feelings nearly crushed him as he transformed happy to be a beast again. Kane snuck away from the pack to visit Elsie, confessing his love for her again. He left before he transformed again, as Marcus came to visit still having feelings for her, but she quickly pushed herself onto Mace wanting to drive Marcus away knowing a relationship between them would never work.
The two hunters left to hunt vampires, while Marcus went to visit his brother. Kane ran into Ivan having a brief confrontation with the vampire which ended as soon as he met up with Dru & other wolves. Krieger dropped in to visit Lillian also running into Victoria, while Dru went after Alexander not wanting him to be angry with her. Felix went out as well running into Lillian who managed to lead him back to the coven, and give him an injection that reverted him to human form. She revealed it would last the duration of 2 days wanting to use him as her agent, and sent him out so people could see despite how he refused to touch the silver bell days ago that he was a “human”. Lucien and Sabine decided to take a break from the bed room to get some food, but where interrupted by a messenger sent by Lucien’s grand father Andrei who wanted a meeting with them in the Dalma mansion.
Krieger dropped by Lillian’s coven for a visit given a warm welcome by Lillian with Jasper gone, however he’d come for Victoria’s affections.
