I will be the first one to say I think eevee and its evolutions are significantly overrated in the fandom of pokemon.
I really do. I used to ban them from being in my roleplays because people wanted something cute and for some reason, that only reason just ticked me off.
So now you're wondering why I would pick eevee to be the center of the story, well we found a new one this week in Gen 6 and it gave me a few ideas. That and, if something annoys you or confuses you, why not take it head on to conquer it? So below are very very rough ideas, like one to two sentence ideas that will be bulked up depending on who comments and brainstorms with me. I will say for most of the plots, I will allows you to have upwards of three eevee and or its eeveelutions, I will also allow the use of fan fabricated evolutions which can be found here, or here. I don't claim the images to be mine, however should you pick one from those (or the ones we know of, excluding Sylveon aka Ninfia, the latest eeveelution) you should crop the picture and use it in your character sheet so we know which version we're looking at. So far a region has yet to be decided though I will go for Kanto, Jhoto or Honen, nothing else really has my interest at this time. Advanced standards apply, I expect 3-4 paragraphs are your minimum with active posting at least five time week in the IC and perhaps even daily in the OOC if it's active, which I hope it is. I can post daily or every other day if you can though I don't have high expectation because school is picking up for people.
Eevee Brigade
A group of crime fighting trainers (ages 18+) who battle against the various crime syndicates, making a name for themselves. The Pokemon League thinks maybe they could form a Gym exclusively for eevee Leaders.
Last of the Eevee
A group in a new region that only holds cute pokemon (list to come soon) where eevee are dying out. There needs to be a traveling sort of solution to save the cute populace right?
Club Eevee
A slice of life story of non-trainers who are in school with their own eevee which has yet to evolve.
Old Lands
An AU story where things take place hundreds of years before the anime/manga/games, there is a vast land where eevee and their counterparts inhabit the land they're from. (Volcanic area = Flareon, etc) The Princess is having a party and wishes to see every kind of eevee there is so your character is summoned to bring his/her own special eevee to the party. The King is up to no good however, and wishes to enslave the pokemon to use them for his own power. Expect travel, action, roughing it, etc.
So for the stories (expect maybe the last two idea) I have to say that if you want three eevee types, you will get 3 slots for moves. If you're fine with three eevee types, you will get 4 slots for moves and if you want just one plain eevee type, you will get 5 slots for moves. Generally I will also have a level range for each bracket I just laid out. You can have the same type of eevee as someone else but I'm hoping since fan made ones are allowed, that we can get some variety. If you're interested in one, have an idea, comment. Nothing is panned out as of yet, I just made these up while I was traveling the other day so more heads to knock against would be great. This was going to be a group thing but no one bit so maybe this will work in a one on one setting. My interest lies with Old Lands and Eevee Brigade I think, at the moment.
