Flying cars swarmed the great city of Eden . People walked the sidewalks of the town conversing as if life was nothing to fear. Bright lights fled the city's streets, but a huge part of history was forgotten but not left far behind, a town that once strived as lively as the one on top of it was still standing tall with strong walls. Most forgot about this old city witch they prefer to call as The Under now, they thought they didn't need to worry about encountering that place ever again. Although most would considering the situation at hand. Recently Experiments have escaped from a lab facility, if you ever remember the old tales of children being whisked away into the night then this would explain it. Long ago children were taken during the night only to have horrible experiments brought upon them, scientists believed adults wouldn't handle the pressure that might come with experimentation and children would have more vitality. Anyways back to the story, these experiments hide in fear for the fact that the scientists who performed the experiments were now looking for them and even went as far as placing a hefty bounty on each of there heads. They now live in The Under where luckily most have forgotten it and won't bother to even look there, though in case they created a labyrinth through the sewer systems that only they have the map to and they are the only ones who could figure it out. With lack of necessities the experiments are forced out to the city to forge for supplies where they are most vulnerable and most likely to be captured. With no sympathy towards them and the human minds just race with the thought of money it's a game for survival for both, will they allow the experimentation to continue or take pity and try to stop it?

Personality: Shy, quiet, nervous, very jumpy, as one would expect from someone forcefully put under scientific experiments.
Gender: Male
Experimentation: The scientists altered Adam's psyche and were able to force a split, causing the creation of 2 distinct personalities, each with their own traits and strengths. Adam, unlike typical dissociative identity disorder "patients," can switch among these personalities willingly when the situation arises.
Skills: Ability to switch among two personalities other than himself (so there are 3 "people" within his physical mind)

Likes: Adam likes to be alone or with people he knows he can trust, as well as reading, or enjoying the weather. Because of the experiments, even Adam is drawn to fire and will let a smile slip across his face at the site of fire.

Transformation: His personalities. The alternation among them is quite literally an alternation among the personalities. It's almost as if "original" Adam is hiding behind the others when he needs to, "people" he calls upon to help him. The first is Raphael. He's the angry alternate with the pyromaniac side. With a lighter always in his back pocket, he isn't afraid to use it against those he deems a threat. He's ruthless and powerful and will destroy anything in his way. The other is Gabriel who is the complete opposite of Raphael, who uses his wit, charm, and cunning to get what he wants, or talk his way out of a bad situation.

Personality: Blair is pretty easy to get along with people and has a hard time speaking english most times, Blair kinda likes to show off her powers to people and look cool around them, Blair hates the hunters and would do nearly whatever it takes to keep away from them.

Experimentation: Blair was only at child of the age 4 when she got her powers to control electricity and use it to her own accord, She was hooked up to large generators and given a large amount of electricity that flowed through her body and didn't kill her but gave her the powers she have now.

Skills:Good with fighting with a knife, great marksmenship, and dirt fighter

Bio: Blair is of Russian nationality accent and all, she had no parents and was on the streets stealing from stores and from vending machines to get her meals, learning to depend on her self mostly, when she was 4 a guy said that he was her father and was gonna take her home, Blair believe the man and the next thing she knew she was being strapped into a machine that started dumping electricity into her and she couldn't do anything to stop them.

Personality: Ashlarbar is literally obessed with the Cthulhu Mythos, practically worshiping the big man himself. He is quite unpredictable, as he thinks he is some sort of 'Prophet' of Cthulhu, claiming he hears him whispering commands for him to do.

Experimentation: Ashlarbar has gained the power to release an 'aura' which slowly corrupts the people around him's mind, causing them to hear whispers and sometimes even see visions.
Skills: Knows every verse in the Necronomicon, which he has read and analyzed 86 times.

Experimentation: Approach [Subject] with great caution. [Project] has been a huge success. Let god have mercy on our souls for what we have created.
[PROJECT E L D R I T C H] Initially, the project was intended to experiment with the limits of muscle memory, cell regeneration and the bodies natural defence mechanisms, but some time into the experiments the researchers stumbled upon something that they couldn't step away from. By the time the higher ups stumbled upon what the researchers had accomplished, it was already too late to save the small independent lab from what would become an absolute massacre. No matter how heavily armed they were, they stood no chance of stopping their creation, they had made what could be considered the perfect organism. Rapid regeneration. Shapeshifting. Immortality. No matter what critical damage was dealt to the subject, it would continue to evolve new and diverse ways to escape its death, its entire existence seemingly devoted to the notion of survival. The true breakthrough in this experiment occurred through sheer chance. The subject, after deemed docile by the researchers, was just beginning her mandatory orientation program to teach long-term patients important concepts like speaking and toilets, and a peculiar incident took place. While in close contact with one of the researchers, something in the researchers body language must have set her off, and before the security guards could even glance at the camera monitors, the man was dead. The security guards and scientists on the scene rushed in, but little could be done about the problem. The girl, though, seemed to not understand the weight of what she had done. She did, however, did seem to understand that she had done something bad. And then, right infront of countless witnesses, she brought the man back from the dead...[To be cont.]
Skills:
[Biological Manipulation] Her ability is an interesting one, she can manipulate the biology of living things. This includes herself, those around her, and anything else unfortunate enough to get caught up. She, under normal circumstances, can only make use of this ability when direct contact is engaged, but if somebody were to ingest her fluids or a large enough piece of her body, she could work from within them. To feed her ability, she needs to ingest the organic matter of living things, more often than not humans. She doesn't age, she can shapeshift and she's near impossible to kill, making her seemingly without weaknesses. If certain circumstances are met, her ability can evolve and become more powerful. Everything about her becomes more powerful as she devours more and more people, turning her into a superhuman monster of a girl. It should be noted that her shapeshifting is more akin to that of Prototype, True Shapeshifting, then like just turning into an antelope and prancing all over the place like a fucking idiot.

Additionally, her instincts can be dulled significantly by appealing to her less primal emotions, such as happiness.

Personality: Domestically witted, profoundly cocky, and all out calm and collected. However, can tent to get very demonic and emotional whenever he can troll someone. Loyal, protective, peaceful when necessary.

Experimentation: Dr.Kalisvergan, a British priest/scientist(in secret), studied on children and beings alike. This one in particular, he studied to work for the Catholic religion upholding the word of "God" himself. Slight miscalculations with the genetic coding and cellular construction had created a being of darkness, a manipulator if you will. The first...and only that was created.

Bio: Given the circumstances, the church's population was to decline. So, they wished to create a being that would live on giving the word of "God" to those whom lost their way. Unfortunately, Aluzen was the unfortunate victim. Being strapped to the table, he was tortured, experimented by "gods" will and moments afterwards, believed to be dead. However, Dr.Kalisvergan open his tomb to see he wasn't dead. On the contrere, he still remained alive throughout the years. The only thing said out of Aluzen's mouth was "Blood.....blood.....BLOOD!" Soon after, he attacked the doctor, the same exact doctor whom experimented on him for dastardly, yet just reasons. Roaming throughout the land, he has hopes in searching for his answers...the reasons of why he was created.

Personality: An inspiring leader among the battle lines. He stands tall in the face of danger, and has paid the price more than once for that. He is stern and strong when faced with serious situations, and will treat those under him with the same respect and discipline he makes himself go through.

Hates: Rebels, Anarchists, terrorists. Order is needed in the world, and when order is disrupted...well, that's when his war dragon assault rifle comes in.
Fears: The total loss of his planet or it's people. To find out that he's been serving some kind of dictator and his/her will...would be devastating.
Weakness: He has a weakness for drinking, and women when he isn't busy getting shot at. His armor, the TERROR set (Tactical Eden Recon and Responsive Omni-Reckoning), is weak to AP rounds fired at the joint areas. EMPs will disable the systems inside, forcing the user to open their visor and use their human senses, leaving their face open.

I'm not sure what you mean by theme, I can add one if you give me a brief explanation? Thanks! Also, obviously, let me know if my character is kinda a loop in the system haha which I can see why, but I thought it was interesting.

Also, I'll update with an appearance, but I've never actually used an anime reference. Is there like a database or somewhere that has like stock images that I can pull from? Haha thanks in advanced.
