You are either rich or poor, a lawbreaker or royalty, pure or tainted, a complete opposite or a perfect match. It all starts with two groups. The poor kids from horrible homes and twisted pasts, or a rich kid who has their own problems. Unfortunately, the rich either want nothing to do with them or punish them. Will they finally put their differences to rest? Or will they still hate?

Rich Kids:
Your parents and you have problems. Whether it be abuse or divorce, it happens. How will you deal? Will you just feel sorry for yourself? Or will you find some one who has it worse off?

Larken was born into an odd situation. Her father was a priest and her mother a woman who worked in the rectory. Because he was a priest in the catholic church, he had to leave and loose his priesthood. The rest of his life became bitter and that refelected into her life. He seemed to loose all hope in his life, leaving both his mother and herself as a third priority behind drugs and alcohol. Nights when he was high, he would take advantage of her mother and little Larken would have to hide, and hold her ears so she didn't hear the screaming. It was rare he ever put an abusive hand to Larken, but when he did the reprocussions would last weeks. Her father had lost his marbles, and it seemed almost unsurprising when she found him dead in the bath tub with a bullet through his head. Now three years later after his suicide, she lives with her aunt. Her mother was put in a crazy house. And often, Larken feels like she should be there to. She has a lot of problems, and visits a therapist every wednesday. But she doesnt let anyone in.
