A Battle for the Ages

There is a tale of heroes. Heroes who had no knowledge of each other or no full grasp of each others time. They were the greatest heroes of their time and they were assembled to fight a great evil that was forcing itself into their realm. They saw that their world was being torn apart at the seems by the evil that was corrupting history. They were taken to the realm of which the evil lived in to fight back against it. They were met by a colossus similar to the evil beings that corrupted the timeline, just a lot bigger. It explained that it had created the evil to control its realm but had no intention to destroy others, it seemed to want redemption for its sins. The warriors will have to travel to the dark tower and destroy the evil at its source or else they may never have existed.

~~Now onto the OOC part~~
Basically the RP will be about the greatest warriors from different times fighting some sort of evil who use the same technology/magic/weapons as the warriors. Of course the warriors will be stronger but will they be able to face the mass hoardes of evil and reach the dark tower? or will they be slain and their world hopelessly destroyed like the one they stand in?

Characters in future times will have better tech and weaponry whilst characters in older times will have magic and will be better at close range. Modern day characters can have a sort of mix but keep it realistic.

Rules:
No Godmod, I know the characters are stronger but as the RP goes on the evil will get stronger and stronger so take a few hits people!
