WANT A CHARACTER AND AREN'T IN ALREADY? VM ME IT THEN
As I'm currently trying to find an actual job, and dealing with other things as my free time has kinda crashed, and doing two blorb bits of comicy goodness, the 5-10 a day updates will be slowed down to a 'couple' updates per day on the game ( as you have already seen, no? ), and a daily update on the comic. If I can manage more than a few game updates, I will, but don't expect it to be the norm ( some days will be exceptions as my schedule fluctuates ).
BECAUSE OF THIS, there will be a change applied to handing over character control.
In that, it won't happen unless there's extreme circumstances that prevent the person from being here ( family emergencies, giant hurricanes, etc ) as the pace will be a bit more slow and relaxed, and you should be able to toss in a command safely at the new rate of updating.
Want a bestiary? GO HERE
Based off the original Blorb, Burke, and the idea I had earlier, I've modified it a bit, so instead of everyone trying to control a hodge podge of blorbs and such together, everyone instead gets a single Blorb to work with in the same setting. You may only control your own Blorb.
Game will be simple enough, more an interactive comic really.
You first 'create your blorb'
Give it a name
And create a 'class'
How do you create a class?
Come up with a word or phrase that sounds like it could somehow be an acceptable class
If I accept it, I'll give your Blorb a single item ( a weapon, or tool ), and a 'special skill', of sorts, to make you more unique. While others can take your items ( and you theirs ) they cannot EVER ( no matter WHAT their class is ) copy your special skill.
Please, no repeats on classes.
Then, all you do to control it, is preface your input action with three :s
::: Like this
And I'll have the little guy do his or her best to do the command

Item : One-Hand Crossbow
Skill : Endless Quiver, you always have ammo. Always
Item : Fishing Rod

Item : Fedora
Skill : I Like Those Odds, while you may not always succeed at your supposed goals and such, so long as you are aware of the dangers, you're unlikely to die because of them, no matter how impossibly dangerous they are. What you aren't aware of though, can still harm and kill you as normal.
Tree Hugging Hippie o_O
Item : Flower Hand
Skill : Flower Power, you're able to heal and quick grow already present plants, to the extent the soil will allow, and the plant can grow.

Item : Flashlight
Skill : Projection, you are able to manipulate the light your flashlight emits into various colors and such, creating illusions of sorts with it

Skill : Nature Man, natural beasts will not attack you at all unless attacked first by you. Magical beasts will not attack you unless provoked.
Item : Welder's Mask
Skill : Forge, you're able to take anything, and make it stronger, refining it slowly to its maximum power. Simpler things can be refined much faster than complex things, which are refined much faster than magical thing, which are refined much faster than complicated magical things.
Item : Fox Ears
Skill : Fox's Cunning, you're able to come up with a goal, something within the realm of possibility, despite its implausible nature, and it seems as if things just happen to fall in place. A series of coincidences will eventually help bring about the desired goal, although more lofty or challenging goals will take far, far more time for them to come about. Unfortunately, you still can't fully account for the stupidity of others.
Item : Meat Cleaver
Skill : Butcher, any meat cut and handled by you is safe to eat, even from otherwise unsafe sources. While you may not be able to serve all of the food, you maximize what can be had safely.

Item : Money Belt
Skill : Payment, your money belt is able to hold one small item, the more rare or valuable the item in it is, the more powerful you can become.
Item : Suit of Armor
Skill : The Old Switcharoo, with your armor, you're incredibly hard to kill, but with your skill, you are able to take anyone you can grab, and switch places with them, presumably only ever to take a hit meant for them yourself. Totally no exploits here. Ever.
Item : Assassin's Dagger
Skill : Mark, once per IRL day you may choose to 'Mark' a single NPC or PC for death. Attacks done against them by others are more likely to wound and deal greater damage. Attacks done by you against them are unblockable as well.
Item : Tool Belt
Skill : Crafty, you are able to quickly make weapons and tools from base materials, without just jury rigging two items into it.
Item : Baldric and Blade
Skill : Precision Strike, you are unable to, unless by intention, strike another Blorb in battle. Others need not worry friendly fire from you. They can still accidentally hit you, however.
Item : Varied
Skill : Suit Change, you have four different items at your disposal, and are able to change them between each as needed. The Diamond Suit gives you a sword. The Heart Suit gives you a shield. The Clubs Suit gives you a hammer. The Spade Suit gives you a shovel.
Item : Blorc Horn
Skill : Blorc Blooded, because of your origins from the Blorc Clans, you have Blorc Blood in your veins, making you stronger, more resistant to heat, and such. You also have a nifty horn.
Item : Clown Nose
Skill : Cheer Up, while the soldier can certainly inspire blorbs during combat to keep at their best, and there are those who can certainly calm them down, you're able to exude an aura of happiness, or concentrate into a burst of laughter.
Item : Pickaxe
Skill : Mine It All, instead of digging, you may choose to mine the dirt, somehow obtaining it as stone instead of just... dirt.
Item : Glowing Hand
Skill : Safety Aura, all Blorbs have a 'no spawn' aura around them, but as you yourself radiate light, your no spawn aura is far larger. Also, you know, you glow.
Item : Horned Helm
Skill : Battle Cry, shake the bones of those who would oppose you and your allies with a mighty Battle Cry, haltering foes for a brief moment, and those of weaker wills may even route.
Item : None
Skill : Sweet Loot, when plundering containers, or looting bodies, you're more likely to come upon useful items and materials. When you die and respawn, you may choose one of the items you had to respawn with you.
Item : Tentacle Hand
Skill : Night's Blessing, where Jorick may walk among the mundane and magical, those of the night look upon you and shrug their heavy shoulders as they continue on to other prey. It is only when you are alone that they would consider attacking you. This protection, however, is considered dark magic.
Item : Med Kit
Skill : This Won't Hurt A Bit, you can heal, using even makeshift crap if needed, restoring people to full health, unless they have specifically magical ailments, you'd need help with that. Otherwise, you're pretty handy.
Item : Aesthetic Goggles?
Skill : Mind Reach, not limited to your single hand as other blorbs, you can pick up small ( at first ) items as if you had a second hand, using your mind.
Item : Mask
Skill : Splitting, you are able to cause a NPC to change its mind about something, you don't get to pick what, really, or what it changes its mind to
Item : One Eye
Skill : Depth Perception, you have absolutely no depth perception, being a one-eyed blorb. Really, this is a handicap, and in no way gives you any benefits to have. Also, you're pretty sure everyone mocks you as well. But you're a bit bigger and stronger, so that more than makes up for it, right?
Item : Lightning Bolt
Skill :Boom Baby, your hand generates small lightning bolts, that can be tossed and used as weapons. They explode upon impact when used, and only one may be out at a time.
Item : Long Spear
Skill : Into Formation, where Primez can make most everyone fight better as they do things, adding a bonus onto stuff, his bonus is added onto flat to any group modifiers for cooperative actions. Your bonus, however, is a multiplier, that applies ( as with Primez's ) only in battle, but only when people are working on the same action. Yes, they can stack.
Item : Katana
Skill : Iaijutsu, while you may still attack in the traditional since using your weapon out in the open, your main skill comes from how you pull your weapon out to fight, as you're able to propel yourself in nearly any direction as you unsheathe the blade, and make a strike in the same turn, before sheathing it back, all in the blink of an eye. This takes one turn of prep before happening, although a true master could probably link a chain of multiple Iaijutsu attacks.
Item : Broken Heart Hand
Skill : Discord, you're able to undue the bonds of love and friendship, if only for so long, causing mistrust and infighting to rise within groups. This is considered dark magic.
Item : Hunting Knife
Skill : Huntsman, while BlckDmnd may get the most meat from a body, and CRP may find some interesting loot, your skill comes down to being able to extract the most of the corpse, getting the most usable bones, and organs out of it.
Item : Shovel
Skill : Dirty Up The Place, you are able to shovel the air itself, and pile dirt around you. In short, you can generate dirt from the air.
Item : Paintbrush
Skill : Painted Landscape, you are able to paint into reality, temporary, but tangible, illusions with your brush, crafting fictitious items, stairs, or what have you, maybe even creatures as you level up.
Item : Glider Backpack
Skill : Wings of a Blorb, while you can't fly, per se, you are able to glide long distances with your handy glider, getting more distance from the same height as you level up. However, getting up to that height... will require some thinking, and some planning. Also, damn thing is pretty hard to control, and you can't really multitask all that well while using it.
Item : Cigarette
Skill : Smoking Gun, you have the ability to, obviously, manipulate smoke. I mean, that's about it. You can like, make smoke screens ( which counts as shadow for Killbones ), or even try to choke people out with it, or whatever. Be creative.
Item : Razor
Skill : Fur Puppetry, you are able to, to a small degree ( specifically at first ) control furry creatures, by tugging at their skin to make them act in certain ways.
Item : Gavel
Skill : Warrant, you're able to grant yourself a warrant to enter various premises, knocking on the wall with your gavel so that you are considered temporarily a friendly.
Item : Xiphos
Skill : Last Stand, the more overwhelming the odds in combat are, the better you perform in combat. This is factored in before group buffs, and before buffs from other combat based skill enhancer powers of other blorbs. This, however, doesn't guarantee survival, merely increases the odds... for you, at least.
Charismatic Rebel Leader
Item : Rebellious Beret
Skill : The Cause, you are able to temporarily turn any NPC with a strength level roughly equivalent to your own or weaker, to aid you in whatever efforts you undertake. After a period of time, they will become immediately hostile to you, wherein you yourself will no longer be able to turn them into anything but until you've died. Others, however, can calm them down ( maybe ).
Item : Visible mouth ( also sharp teeth )
Skill : OMNOMNOM, your bite is just as good as a comparable weapon of equal level to your own. Also, anything organic you eat works just as good as food for you... even if it really, really shouldn't.
