*SCANNING.... REPORTS SHOWING SIGNS OF FADING AURAS IN AREA...
STARTING SECONDARY SCAN... NO ELEMENT ZERO DRIVES RUNNING...
Assessment: AREA CLEAR OF DANGER OR TARGET.......
RESUMING SENTINAL SCANS..CURRENT TEMPERATURE REMAINING AT 21.7 C*
From inside the massive tower a lift jarred to life sending an armored hunter upward. Tanis moved a gloved hand to quickly tap a button on the side of his SWEEP visor turning the translucent light blue text to a mere clear strand of transparisteel. His almond shaped eyes search out the surrounding area as he quickly ascended upward.
“My my, this reminds me of the Presidium tower..” he remarked aloud as it came to a stop.
His black and red multi-plated Mantis combat armor primary plates gleaming with a sheen from the fading sunlight reflecting off the clear coat of the ablative ceramic chest pieces. However there was ambient lighting that seemed to kick on. ‘So much for cover of darkness..’ he mused and stepped forward hissing, “Magic..”
Patting the back of his neck, he goes through the basic check list he had been taught since he was fourteen. All biotics in his childhood went to Jump Zero a basic training for "gifted" students of biotic capabilities. 'Keep you amp slot clean, free of debris..' one of his personal instructor's voice rang out in his mind. His unique model allowed him to perform some truly devastating feats, however his amp was prone to overheat quicker than other biotic amps. If contaminants clogged the make shift venting he would experience server headaches, applying his abilities with little to no venting could leave him in a coma.
Patting his clear cover he looks down to his arsenal belt, one Pinnacle T-23 Heavy Pistol, his Night Blade, his element zero shield and five compact grenades. Enough to keep a drop team at bay for one of his considerable skill, much less using his biotic abilities. The belt held them all in place using dual magnetic bands with simple holsters for each. He tested the ground once more before taking a leap down onto the unsteady rooftop.
"Geez why is it these guys always come to such deserted plains?" he speaks up, thinking out loud.
A female robotic voice chirps in," Chances are subjects deem an obscure location increases their chance of successfully avoiding hunters. However statistics show a fifty-seven percent increase for survival hiding out in highly populated areas."
Tanis huffs out quickly putting his fingers to his temple, "Not now ARIA, I was simply thinking out loud" ARIA (Advanced Recall and Interactive Assistant) had been installed into his combat systems by his employers to "heighten" his return rate on missions, despite his eighty-seven percent success rate (apparently dead subjects didn’t count). A set of second eyes and a logic based system was supposed to aid him in his "hunts", that was -if- Tanis left her vocal registry on at all.
"As you were then, hunter Tanis. Relaying dossier on target..." ARIA said in her typical robotic tone.
Tanis didn't enjoy is title as a "hunter" but it was better than cleaning out stalls at any academy, and truly safer than simply living on Omega. He wasn't an assassin, but a trained combatant sent to collect life forms that his employer wished to have. He was no simple bounty hunter; no he was far greater than that with all the enhancements that his employers had put into him. His SWEEP visor lit up light blue once more relaying all the information that had been gathered

Tanis nearly chuckled, "Hell, no wonder they have you installed. You all don't have shit on him. A WO and name huh? A human, that is rare indeed wonder what they want from him. Perhaps this vigilante has meddled in their business too much eh?” His statement wasn't completely untrue, a wavelength operations lock would allow him to pin point his targets location within roughly a 150 meters, but still.
"The lack of information is what made you a prime selection for this target, hunter Tanis." ARIA speaks up once more.
Shaking his head, he turns his SWEEP visor back on looking to trace tracks, temperature spikes. As luck would have it he managed a slight ping not 100 meters to his north west, slightly past a fallen section of wall.
"Let's hope this is the guy we are looking for ARIA or I might have to hit a bar instead and use your programming to record the after hours.”
