Gender dysphoria is a condition in which a person feels that there is a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity.
I was interested in doing an Rp where a female, feeling like she should be male, comes out to her best friend, and he is happily accepting of it, taking her to get boy's clothes, helping her adjust to her new life, etc. But, the others in her life are not so accepting (Family, other friends, etc) and she is beaten for it. She has to try and recover, but will she ever fully recover?

Wow, what a story set-up! I've always been interested in mental disorders and this just sparked my curiosity. It's a too bad someone jumped in sooner than I saw this, but I think I'll keep lurking on this story.
