    Talking Holy crap naps are awsome

    Worked all day yesterday and got plenty of sleep last night, figured I didn't need anymore. Just took a few hour nap though and bam, I feel amazing. I should do that more often xD

    Naps are pretty amazing. I tend to take them myself from time to time to recharge myself, and I'm good to go for a while longer.

    They are aren't they?

    The optimal nap length is usually from 15 to 20 minutes, to 'revitalize' your mind. But if you're really tired one hour is good also. More than an hour might make you feel zombie-ish.

    On the weekends I practically go into coma's to recharge for the next week. Except for Saturdays. I'm all business on Saturdays, cause Saturdays, Saturdays are competition days!! Other then that though a lot of naps are taken.

    I usually nap during the week and Friday after diner.
