It isn't that bad, all things given. It can have some vaguely bad effects on people under 25 or 30 because the brain is still growing/forming, and the smoke inhalation can cause damage. If you do it in moderation and maybe use a vaporizer you shouldn't mess yourself up much.

I say this with little to no experience with it, mostly what I've read/been told. lol
