That is right it is a viking rp. Taking place in the 900s. I would like it to be historically accurate as far as equipment, lands nationalities etc. Now of course i will be lenient and let women be warriors cause otherwise you would just the bored. Now i have some plots in mind and I am looking for perhaps a fellow gm. To help with sheets and helping with plot ideas throughout the rp.

I am a man from scandinavia with many years of fascination about the nordic iron age behind me. I know much of the mythology by heart and have read many of the sagas from that period.
My big flaw is numbers, and therefore I have some trouble with years and dates.

historically helmets were hornless. Though ome fancier designs for the much much richer nobles may well have had such things however.
But being the dark ages a common man simply having a metal helmet that wasn't passed down through the family several generations was considered a feat of its own.
