Howls of the Elements

Okay, first time trying out a role-play here and I am hoping to get some feedback about it. If enough people show interest, I will put together the character sheet and some rules. Please feel free to post any comments. Feedback is much appreciated.

An island unlike Others of its kind stands alone in the ocean, its Border completely In shoring that it remains isolated with tall ang jagged Mountain peaks and Sharp rocks jutting Out from the ocean level. This Island, called Wolfsong By the inhabitants, holds a lush And vibrant landscape That ranges from thick Forested acres, Peaceful refreshing lakes, to snowy tundra and sparse Desert he rocks.

Living on the island are one Of the most beautiful creations, Harboring the powers of The elements and landscapes. The wolves Are the dominant species here, as Varied in size, color, and shape as the population of humans They are separated from. Each pack live In a territory well suited to their unique abilitys and Are able to control elemental powers That are each as different as fingerprints.

But after years of living peacefully on Wolfsong, a Dark power has begun to spread throughout the pack territories. It strives to create war and destruction among the wolves, Never showing it's Treuhand until it achieved something no one could stop.

It's still the elemental stone of one of the packs.

The elemental stones, specific to the pack and their powers And maintaining harmony and balance to the land in their abilities, Created a balance of power and stability. But when one is stolen, The land slowly begins to crumble into chaos, the wolves To lose their power, and eventually disintegrate into extinction. Horrified, the remaining packs watched as the beloved Rock Pack succumbed to This inevitable fate. But, would they have been able to revert this destruction If they had Been able to retrieve their elemental stone and return it to the heart of their land?

Believing in this idea, The remaining wolves have Banded together to Hunt down the Shadow And return piece to their land.

The Pack:

Fire

The members of this pack lives in the southern most region of the island The land full of deserts, Rock formations, And an active volcano. The primary food source for these wolves are giant boars And large tough skinned lizards, Both creating an exciting hunt. The powers typically shown among the pack Have included the ability to create spontaneous flames, Capability of breathing fire, all the way to superheating their bodies.

Water

The land in which this pack Lives in a land dotted With a plentiful amount of Rivers, streams, ponds, And one large lake. The remainder of the landscape is Meadowy, With only a small handful of trees. Their diet mainly consists of fish And water dwelling birds, Occasionally discovering a crab or other shellfish. Members of this pack have been known to have a variety of abilities that range from Being able to call forth rainstorms, Summoning water from the ground, And controlling water to do their bidding.

Forest

One of the most beautiful territories among the packs, these wolves Enjoy a territory that is Almost completely covered by tall trees And a variety of lower growing plants. Living among the trees are rabbits and deer That keep plentiful And comfortably feed the pack. Members of this pack have been known to have the ability to spontaneously create vegetation, talk to the trees Or control existing plants.

Ice

A territory that is completely white With snow and ice No matter What time of the year it is, There is absolutely no form of plant life And the animals that live here are compensated with thick fur. Other than the wolves, The most common to be seen are Large woolly rams Consequently, these make up the Main part of the pack diet. Members of this pack have been known to be able to coat things in ice, Conjure Furious Snowstorms, or even move the very snow that covers their land.

Wind

This pack live In a territory That is all rolling hills And long grass. They hunt a species that is very similar to zebras and Antelope, Needing to be swift for catching both of these. These wolves Have Been able to create gusts of wind, Compact the air until it is very dense, And even fly.

Sounds awesome to me! But would the wolves have human-forms as well? Or no? (I'm asking because that seems to vary with every wolf RP i read..)

No, these wolves Cannot change into humans. Definitely a good question though. It does Change depending on the role-play. Cx

Definitely not too late! The more the merrier. I'll go ahead and work on a character skeleton. I will probably put up an OOC Very soon as well.

Then again, my program isn't allowing me to paste... So this may have to serve as the out of character chat.
