    Star Wars: Underworld

I have been having trouble over the last year trying to get better involved in this community and not let RL pull me way. With things a little more settled for me I figure I would like to make that desire a reality. What better start for that then to give an old proposal a second chance. I am really wanting to see what kind of interest I can get for this. The RP will pretty much be open to all kinds of star wars characters. Will be aiming this RP as casual.

    Star Wars: Underworld
    Episode I

For Many years the Underworld has been a key power in the outer rim, controlling several sectors and locking out whole parts of the galaxy from both Imperial and Republic forces alike. The strength in maintaining this powder keg of individual factions has always been the Conclave, the undisputed leaders of the Underworld. But when an assassination plot succeeds in wiping out two-thirds of the Conclave the unstable system begins to collapse in on its self as individuals fight over positions of power, and once forgotten feuds are reignited. In the midst of the Underworlds own internal problems the Republic and Reborn Empire seize the opportunity to reclaim valuable resources in the Outer Rim. With Jedi and Sith, Republic and Imperial, clashing with each other along with the factions of the Underworld the real question remains, who is the real puppet master in this new galactic conflict?

By Republic and Imperial do you mean Alliance to Restore the Republic? Or the New Republic and the Imperial Remnant? As the Remnant had no Sith. Clear this up for me and I'm in :P

I have always adapted a fluid timeline so as not to restrict roleplayers to a certain role. But if you need an era than I would say legacy Era. So like the GA and Empire. Or it could go Old Republic era. Either way I try to limit mention of canon events and individuals that force the timeline into a certain era.

Question: would force-sensitive characters be encouraged in this RP? And if so how would you govern the use of them, mechanically?
Sounds like fun to me, though. Big West End D6 player here! ::waves:: ^_^
