Name: Soraiya
Age: 16

Short History: Soraiya is the youngest daughter of Alexios III's fourth wife. As such, she is treated as a princess and afforded the very most of the slim rights given to women. She always is covered head to toe in her veil, which is usually a somber color and her hand is pledged to a young noble of good family. The morning of her wedding day was the day the army was spotted on the horizon, so it was put off until the fight could be won.

Her faith in God is her strongest asset and she is often praised behind her back as a prophetess, though nothing has been officially stated. Still, all of her free time is spent in the cathedral and she seems unusually pure minded [which may just be a way of saying she's simple, no one is quite certain].

Name: Rainer
Age: 17
Short history: He is the middle child of a minor Flemish noble family from the area that will be known as the city Bruges. He has been squired to the knight Albern for the past few years, and making good headway in his training to be a knight. He and Alburn were close, more like a father and son than a knight and his squire, until recently that is, when he stumbled across secrets that would have been better left in the dark, resulting in his being turned into a vampire.

His strongest asset is his boundless energy and optimism. He is quick with a joke and his first instinct is to joke rather than be somber, though he does know the value of seriousness if need be. His faith has been shaken recently, but he was raised and continues to be a devout Christian.

Whoops, Alexios III is Soraiaya's cousin. Whoops. Her father was his Uncle. Instead of me re-edited everything, I'll just correct it from this point on. The next big thing is Alexios ordering the melting down of the church icons for money and then Alexios asking the Franks to remain for another six months. How in depth do you want to go with this?

It doesn't have to be suuuper in depth...just picture Rainer seething over the melting. One question though, was that last scene in Rainer's sight? or just storyline with Rainer elsewhere?

Depends on whether he followed them. Your character is your character and mine is mine. Everyone else is up for grabs for you to play with.

So, I write what happens to my character, what they feel, hear or see. And you do the same with yours. And we use all NPCs to make interesting things spice up the story. The NPCs can be taken over anytime by anyone.

I am not your GM, good lady. You should take a little more active part in this world or else I'll run out of ideas. I'm intentionally leaving the Bruce's camp up to you because you've read those books more recently than I so I think you've got the landscape better in your mind. Also, take any of the NPCs. The only one off limits is my Soraiya incarnation. Please and thank you.

Yes ma'am. I'll work on expanding the last post tonight... Like I told Elorwin, I'm working on this kind of rp. This is the first time that I've really done one like this. Even co-gm'ing wasn't the same thing.
