The sea can be a cold mistress. Calm and collected one moment, violent and insidious the next. The passengers of the Maritime Express soon discover just how capricious she can be. On their third day enroute, somewhere between Grenada and Puerto Rico, a violent storm took the ship, and it's passengers on a ride they would never forget. The sea toyed with the ship for hours upon hours, many of the passengers were lost. BUt a few made it out alive. Some by luck, some by bravery. But one thing was certain, fate was to blame. This is the story about the survivors that washed ashore, what they began to call Somber Island. Somber because looking out from the shore into the horizon, it was both eerie and beautiful at the same time. What will become of the survivors? Will they work together and pull through the nightmarish ordeal as a team, or will they succumb to the helplessness and break apart? This is a tale of human weakness, paranoia, adventure, and romance if desired. (I mean, c'mon! Stranded on an island! It's bound to happen.)
I ask that you be casual, can write an average of 2-3 posts, and don't mind mature themes. ( sexual content, language, violence, gore, ect)
