    I think I beat a migraine!

So a few times every month I'll get a migraine. It always starts with me losing my vision and then I get nauseous along with the horrible headache that migraines are associated with.

Well I've noticed that when my vision starts getting wonky there will be a pain in my head somewhere. If I find the point on my head, and rub where it hurts the most, my migraine normally gets less painful when it starts.

So today I took some pain meds and found an extremely painful point on my head a little while after I lost sight. Then I waited until my vision just barely started to return and I rubbed the spot for a while. It's been 50 minutes since I lost sight and still no sign of nausea or a headache!
    Homestuck. Try it.

In three hours, you'll wake up in a cold sweat in front of a black man with two five ton balls between his legs. He will ask you to choose the red pill or the blue pill.

You will either wake up from your migraine induced dream or dive deeper into the rabbit hole.

A few weeks ago, I had a migraine for 8 days straight. It wouldn't go away. And then one day..

    I couldn't handle a migraine for 8 days

Well, not ALL of one anyways. Just the pain? Maybe.

Pain + Nausea + Chills? No way.

I had the pain and the chills the whole time. A few days I did feel nauseous, but I'm bot quite sure if that was from the migraine or from something else.
    It was horrible.

    Silly boy.

    That's glaucoma.

Go see an optometrist right away.

    Seriously.

    Do it now.

Red-tinted vision is a bad sign.

    'Till, then, drink coffee.

If you're lucky, you'll only lose one eye.

    Life sucks. Join the club.

But my eye doctor said I didn't have glaucoma

I even checked all the boxes that applied to my eyesight on their forms and they told me I only had a little pressure in my eye. Nowhere near full-blown glaucoma.

Although I don't think the actual doctor saw that form. =T

Yes, you have high eye-pressure, low blood pressure...

What do you think happens when the IOC spikes while the BP tanks on a caffine-burnout?

No blood get to the retina, the optic nerve starts dying.

I'll also hazard a guess that your eyesight has been getting worse over tha past several years.

So either stick to a coffee-binge, or get off it cold-turkey and stay off it.
