Luna Queendom (Selinisar Luna), the most powerful country of the inhabited world. Located on the islands of Crater Sea (Imyi Calayra) this country rose from a band of refugees from the continents north and south of the islands into a organized state which rules the world with it's mighty fleets.

On the Lim island (Is Lim), a small island in the Luna bay (Sorni Luna), is where all the academies of the country stand, offering education to those which can enter it. This is where our story will take place.

Location:
The country is located three on islands, Crater Isle (Is Calayra), Lunar Island (Is Lunyra) and Harbor/Moon Island (Is Luna).
Is Calayra looks like ring and was formed by a meteoric impact. It's high ridges are doted with mountain rivers. Inside of it is the Lunar Lake (Ilyni Lunarya) which stands 29 m above sea level.
Is Lunayra and Is Luna have formed from a volcano which formed in the center of Ilyni Lunarya after the meteor impact blasted a hole in a magma chamber. Both are fertile and rich in iron from the meteor.
Is Lunyra has a outlaying mountain ridge towards the west while lowlands look towards Is Luna and the east. It is the main agricultural center of the country.
Is Luna is today almost completely covered with buildings and is the absolute center of all activity in the country. Three peaks above 800m are present on the island.

Lim island hosts six academies and two dorms (Central Lim Dorm and Great Luna Dorm). The academies are:
Central Lim Academy (Korsayn Lim Yurika) - Accepts Regular and Advanced students
Social Sciences Academy (Syekin Rizaki Yurika) - Accepts Regular, Advanced and Elite Students
National Sports Academy (Domin Isparos Yurika) - Accepts Advanced, Elite and Top Students
Naval and Sea Academy (Korin p' Imyi Yurika) - Accepts Regular, Advanced, Elite and Top Students
Biological Sciences Academy (Belozim Rizaki Yurika) - Accepts Regular, Advanced and Elite Students
Great Luna Academy (Akero Luna Yurika) - Accepts Elite, Top and Genius Students

Student ranks
After completing education and reaching 20 years of age (adulthood by Luna law) all those which had over 50% on the National Education Exam (Domin Zasuka Yemi) can pay 1000 Lunya to join the Luna Academy Community (Luna Yurikis Oyalu) upon which they will take the Academic Orientation Exam (Yurikis Yogoki Yemi also know as Tripe Y) which will point what Academy you should join and the Academic Ranking Exam (Yukiris Usalon Yemi/YUY) which will position you into one of the students categories, allowing you a stipend and privileges.

All students have: Free food in Lim Cafeterias, free Luna City yearly passes, halved or even more reduced prices of boats/ferries to the harbor closes to their home, all students outside of the Luna City get a bed in a 2/4/6 person dorm room.

The ranks are:

Regular/Sucil (less then 51% on the YUY, bottom half by Academic Universal Points) - 600 Lunya stipend, bed in a 6/4 person room
Advanced/Tozen (50%-90% on the YUY, between 1/2 and 9/10 by Academic Universal Points) - 900 Lunya stipend, bed in a 6/4 person room
Elite/Isiyan (>90% on YUY, the top 1/10 by Academic Universal Points) - 1200 Lunya stipend, bed in a 4 person room, unlimited access to laboratories, libraries and workshops
Top/Comar (Top hundred by YUY or Academic Universal Points) - 2100 Lunya stipend, free choice of room, unlimited access to laboratories, libraries, workshops and all areas of the island, free public transportation of all types, free membership in the Luna Academic Community, other free memberships
Genius/Lisay (YUY score equals or excised 100%, in the top six by YUY or Academic Universal Points) - 3600 Lunya stipend, all the rights of the Top rank, the right to hold classes, the right to address the headmaster directly, the right to ask for an audition with the Queen, the right to skip classes, the official title of Genius

Note: The minimal border for the Top rank is lowered by the number of Genius rank holders in the same year.

Magic is present in the world of Luna. There are three types of magic common in Luna.

Common Magic or Calon
Every human can learn a certain amount of Calon. Most of this spells can't hurt others directly.
Division:
Sevaru (Distance) - spells used to do something from a distance
Itazu (Boost) - spells used to improve the users body
Yara (Change) - spells which change properties of nonliving objects
Ivork (Self-defense) - spells used for self-defense purposes
Zalki (Other) - other spells which don't fit into any other category

Family Magic or Selor
Like the name suggest this is a magic strongly related to blood. Common in noble families and long existing "witch" families. Selor is almost always at least twice stronger in female family members. This magic varies in appliance and spells greatly.

Queendom Magic or Selinisaro
Granted upon the current Queen. Strongest magic in the world which is to be used only in the case of the greatest dangers. Used only once in history to stop the magma chamber under Luna from erupting.

You can chose if you wish the RP to be strongly centralized around Haruki Nikka and the Luna Great Academy, with a strong plot, the first Genius to appear in Luna history in 1081 or a free based which follows various students from 1075 until they leave the academy in 1080.
