Fantasy Game?

Okay, so I've had this idea in my head for the longest time now, and I think it might finally be ready to put on here. I'm still not sure if this will work out as a roleplay just because of how I laid out the plot, but I'll give it a shot.

Okay, so the basic idea revolves around twelve powerful swords that, when combined, can create the ultimate superweapon. As you might guess, the players in this game will each inherit one of those twelve swords. However, there are evil forces at work. An evil man has inherited one of the swords, and now he is travelling the world, killing the heirs of the other eleven swords to claim them as his own. This evil man is always growing stronger with more swords, and the heroes need to find some way to stop him before he can gather all the swords and make the ultimate weapon.

Yeah, I guess I left a lot of holes open for a basic plot description, but there's a lot more too it I haven't explained yet. So, how about it? Is anyone interested?
