Kota sat to himself quietly inside of an Imperial Dropship, flying an average height from the ground of the Naboo plains. There was said to be a night raid by Imperial Troops into the city of Naboo, where Jedi were thought to be hiding and being kept refuge. His lightsaber sat on his waist and jangled around from the bumpy ride, the ship nearing it's drop zone onto the rolling plains of Naboo's beautiful nature-world.

1337 Liked forest worlds,but not because of the beautiful side of them,or just the animals.No,he liked them because they burned nice"I love the smell of promethium in the morning"he said to himself as the dropship made its way over the world.he looked back at the sith lord sitting in the back,mask hiding his face"Going to be a good hunt,eh boss?"he asked then thought to correct himself"Err,lord"while he himself didn't really pay that much attention to rank he knew how temperamental other sith got when not addressed with correct tittle,though he had not served with this one before but it was better safe than sorry

"Keep your formalities outside of the door, Trooper. This is serious work." He stood up and walked over to the door that would release them and held onto one of the bars as he awaited the drop landing. "But if you're gonna go like that, it's Darth Lanus." He said, the mask completely covering his face aside from his neck that seemed a tad bit exposed.

He contemplated the oxymoron of serious work yet leaving formalities and just decide to go with it"Whatever you say,boss"he said looking Lanus over,eyes lingering more than they should behind his helmet.he shook his head clear of thoughts and clicking the pilot light for his flamer on"Thirteen thirty seven,by the way,but the squad just calls me fire bat"he introduced himself"Hey,bat!whats the forecast like?"yelled a trooper from the back"I don't know,Fixer.Looks like light rain with a 100% chance of flame"he joked

Kyla was packing supplies onto her ship, the Workshop Recon, a YT-2400 light freighter. They needed to get out of the system before night fall. She had been directed by her leaders to ferry several jedi to the safer hune sector after a botched mission left them in an empire infested area. She had hopped them through several planets and a few moons, before coming here to Naboo. Their stay here had been extended when they found they were running low on supplies and didn't have the funds to pay for any more. A couple jedi, her co-pilot, Madod a Kushiban ex-pilot, and her had to get odd jobs to pay for it all (though she had a sneaking suspicion that the jedi used their tricks to get their currency). It took a week and a half to gather enough funds together, which is exceptionally long if you're on the run. Regardless, they would get to leave now as soon as they were packed.

"Are we ready-e?"

Kyla looked up and saw it was Madod. Not that she had to look up seeing as Madod had this strange accent where he repeated the last sound of words often, mostly the words at the ends of his sentences. Madod was a odd sort of guy. He had a lot of energy but when working he was very professional. Kyla met him at a pub. He had started a fight with a Wookie and she had pulled him out of their before he got his limbs torn off. The guy was very spirited, she could give him that. He also was a good pilot which was good because she had a ton of difficulty flying the freighter she manged to acquire (mostly because it was a freighter that requires two pilots).

"Yeah." she said, "We're ready. How are our guests?"

"They're in the holder-er. Should we start going-ing or do you want to a systems check before we leave-ve?"

Kyla looked up at the sun setting behind several skyscrapers and frowned "Nah, we're already behind as it is."

"Okay, it's just we should have done one six days ago-o." They had been so preoccupied with raising money they hadn't been able to get the system check done on scheduelle, and Madod was very strict about system checks.

"I know, I know, you keep telling me. We have no time right now. Listen, we'll probably be out of imperial space in less then a week. We'll do it then."

Madod looked like he was going to argue, but then sighed. "Okay. It's your freighter-er."

With that they boarded and Kyla set the coordinates for the Kreeling system before taking off.

The drop ship landed suddenly and the door opened as Darth Lanus walked out slowly, his hood still up as his robe flapped around from the wind that had been produced from the engines. He took his lightsaber from his waist. Suddenly, large masses of Imperial troopers began to walk forward into the city, unknown to many of the citizens that were fast asleep in the dark. "1337, I want you and your men to form up on me." He said, walking with haste as he looked all around at the many Imperial troopers.

The night was silent all for the footsteps and clatter of Imperial trooper armor pieces, with Darth Lanus leading some of the troopers into the silent city. He looked up, noticing a ship about to take off. "1337, can you get some men to fire down that ship? Don't destroy it...shoot it down and let's see who's inside." He said, continuing his march into the city.

He stepped out with him"Form up on me and the lord.Five-two in the back,six-thirty one keep your mini-gun leveled at the city,two-two keep your launcher aimed high"he ordered,before also noticing the ship about to take off"Shut it down,no one gets off this rock unless i say so!"the men under his command started firing at the ships engines,two two taking longer to get a lock on it

Suddenly while taking off the Workshop Recon was hit by several blaster shots.

"Looks like we've been spotted." said Kyla before the Workshop lurched again with another barrage of shots. A beeping started coming from the console and a couple lights started to flash. Kyla piloted the ship away from them as fast as they could, however the ship's moments had become slow. They managed to just get out of firing range before the ship took much serious damage.

"They hit one of our engines-ines." said Madod quickly.

"How bad?"

"We can still fly but we won't be able to leave the planet-et until I can get it repaired."

"Terrific." They would have to land to do that. If they had a R2 unit they could make the repairs without needing to land. However, they lost the last one they had and were unable to obtain another.

"How long will it take?" she asked.

"It's hard to say-ay. I have the parts necessary to replace the broken components but there's a lot of ash-sh in the engines from the blowup-p. Maybe, 5 hours-rs, less if I have help."

Kyla sighed "Okay. Madod, take over the controls and pilot us towards a forage lush area. I'm going man the guns. They're probably following us and with the damage we can't outrun them." She said this as she got up from her seat. She moved to get in the ship's turrent and prepared the weapons.

Several Tie-Fighters pursued the escaping ship, confident that they could bring it down due to their destroyed engines. Two followed in closer towards the ship, three at the sides, and several others coming up behind.

Darth Lanus walked into the city with some of the Stormtroopers as they began to open fire on some rebels that had busted out in the night to ambush them. "1337, get rid of these pest!" He said, deflecting some of the pest as he cut up through any rebels that were too foolish to get close to him. He spotted a group in robes and stopped moving as he watched them. "1337, I'm leave you in charge..." He said, walking after the group that was trying to escape from him. He proceeded after them, his lightsaber off and gripped tightly in his hands. Several of them looked back while others continued to run. Finally they had reached their ship...but Darth Lanus had already caught up with them. They began to pile into the ship, aside from one. The ship took off and the wind began to rapidly blow, causing the Jedi to take off his robes, while also wielding his lightsaber. "Give up, Sith Lord. I do not wish to hurt you, but I will if I need to." Darth Lanus chuckled under his mask, then sneered, "Trust me...you won't hurt me." He turned his lightsaber on and went into his duel stance, beginning the battle between the two with a collision of lightsabers.

"Right sir,i can take it from here"he turned to a group of rebels that were firing at them from a Village house"Im sorry,the scorched earth policy is now in effect"he grinned and fired in to the house,lighting it ablaze and sending one of the occupants out of the window as something detonated inside"Boom"he smirked as he turned to burn more rebels that were behind cover ahead of them in the street"Sir,the lord is by himself,shouldn't we help him?"asked one of the green clones"No,those were jedi he was after,they would cut us to shreds.We hold here until he gets back or we finish flushing the scum from the village".One of the rebels had decided that a bush was a good place to hide from them,until 1337 had caught the glint of his blaster and promptly fired in to the bush,the burning rebel screaming and flailing around as his cover was incinerated along with its occupant
