I believe what I will do is take control of Charlotte for a little while, then have her get injured or killed in the next mission. After that, I can replace her with someone else. I just need to refresh myself on what she needs to explain in this next part.

    Name: Alise Castren

    Aliases: Freya

    Species: Human, Caucasian

    Homeworld: Earth

    Location: Motala, Sweden

    Gender: Female

    Age: 52

    Appearance-

    Height: 5”7

    Weight: 149 lbs.

    Iris color: Bright green

Hair style: Shoulder length, flat bangs hang to her brow

Hair color: Dark brown, almost black in some lights

    Equipment-

Weapons: M-358 Talon, and a set of Biotic Chakrams.
Chakrams are weapons used by biotics. They are embedded with uniquely designed element zero nodes that are able to be directly connected to any biotic’s implants, allowing the biotic to use the weapon as a catalyst for their own biotic energy. They are able to throw the chakram away from themselves, and use their own biotic energy to pull it back to them with extreme force; essentially controlling it’s path. However, it can be a strain on any biotic’s energy and cannot be used in excess. The typical design of the weapon is influenced by human fantasy due to the weapons inspiration, the Wind and Fire wheels, feudal Chinese weapons.

    Background:
Alise’s parents served in the Alliance Navy during the Reaper Wars. Instead of fleeing Earth they stayed as frontline soldiers, while Alise and her sister Mariah stayed on earth during the fighting in one of the controlled ‘safe’ zones. The Alliance did what they could to keep watch over the citizens, but they were fighting a war. Not many soldiers could be spared to keep those who refused to leave safe. Alise’s parents had no living next of kin; the girls had no choice but to remain. Small bands of Reaper forces still assaulted the controlled areas, but the main body of power focused on the soldiers on the frontline.

After two months of this, Mariah was killed when a group of husks broke through the defenses. Alise was ten years old, and she saw her sister’s body ripped open. Fate seemed to be merciless on her. Two days after Mariah’s death news of her parent’s demise finally reached the outpost, they had been killed two weeks prior by a squad of brutes and marauders. She caught the next shuttle off planet a week later, bound for Omega.

For ten years she scrounged a living on Omega, if you could call it living. She survived. In the beginning she had nothing, hunted for any work she could find, slept in the slums, most nights went hungry. It became easier as she learned, as she taught herself the way the world worked. Over the years she became stronger, mentally and physically. At first many were wary about hiring a mercenary so young, but once she had proven herself she became an underground favorite. When she was twenty, she left Omega to find work in better places.

Now, Alise travels from planet to planet finding work were it can be found; occasionally returning to Omega when the scent of credits calls her.

    Name: Nyx Notara

    Aliases: Violet

    Species: Turian

    Gender: Female

    Home world: Altakiril

    Age: 57

    Appearance-

Nyx’s plating is a silvery grey, with her exposed flesh appearing as a burnt grey, almost black, color. Her irises are so silver they appear white, with silted black pupils. The colony markings on her face are a deep purple.

Scars: Small scaring in various places; below her neck the right side of her body suffers from heavy burn scars.

    Equipment-

Weapons: Acolyte heavy pistol, M-7 Lancer assault rifle.

    Armor:

    Skills/Abilities:
    Poison Strike
    Nightshade Blades
    Biotic Focus
    Venom Gauntlets

    Background:

When Nyx was ten an accident caused her to be knocked unconscious. While she was being examined after the incident, the doctors discovered that she had biotic potential from prior in-utero exposure. Her mother couldn’t, or wouldn’t, give a straight explanation.

Nyx was seventeen when the Reaper Wars began. She had been serving in the military for two years, and had shared an interest in acquiring biotics. Her family on Altakiril estranged her when she told them this. Her father and mother were heavily decorated veterans, her elder brother a quickly aspiring officer serving in C-Sec on the Citadel after a commendable military career. They were true Turians to the bone, and had a great dislike and mistrust for biotics. Nyx’s squad, along with many others, had been recalled to Palaven to fight the Reapers when Altakiril was decimated; killing all of her family save for her brother.

After the war, Nyx filed a request to be given biotic implants. After meeting the requirements and passing all necessary tests, she was placed into a Cabal based around her skills. For the next twenty five years she served with the same group of people; their unit becoming one of the more favored saboteurs and shock troopers used by the Turian Hierarchy. They were reliable, efficient, and resourceful. But, during a recon mission on Garvug, the squad suffered the heaviest casualties they had experienced during their thirty year career. They were traveling by vehicle when they collided with an Improvised Explosive Device, blowing out the front end of the vehicle. Eleven Turians were in the vehicle on impact, and only four made it through the blast. One died shortly after due to lack of medi-gel to heal his massive internal and external wounds. By the time they were recovered from the planet’s surface, Nyx and her squad mates were on the brink of death; any longer and they wouldn't have made it.

Nyx and her two remaining squad mates spent nearly three months recovering from the severe casualties. Unlike her peers, Nyx was not reassigned after the healing process. She retired from her service and eventually decided to serve as a mercenary; more comfortable working on her own. Over the past fifteen years she had made quite a name for herself, having even been commissioned by the Citadel Council for missions on numerous occasions.
