A Tale of a Town IC

((Okay guys, we'll be starting with everyone waking up. The current characters have already been living there long enough to be use to it. Any new people who join at this point will probably start with first appearing in the town, though if you want you can start with them first appearing in town if you want)) Crane turned his "head" and surveyed the area. It was almost Dawn, the people would be waking up soon. In a way, it was almost paradise. The weather, the calm feeling...no one would ever suspect that this place was so much more than it seemed. With all of the towns folk about to wake up, things would probably get exciting, so Crane assumed his job would be fun today. He "smiled" as he heard the clock tower ring. It was time for people to start their lives.

Scarlet was just getting back to town, a large wolf walked beside her, she had a bag at her side that contained her small catch, a couple of rabbits, she looked a little grumpy as she had not found much as of late, she pet her wolf and smiled a bit, "alright boy...you still can't go into town so I have to leave you here again, don't get into any trouble now1" the wolf licked her palm and whined a bit as to show it understood, it reluctantly turned and ran off into the nearby brush, she sighed again and looked back infront, here she was, the entrance to town, she would have to get to the butchers quick if she wanted to preserve the catch

Ritter didn't sleep,he waited.waited for day,when he retreated back in to the forest with who ever he had found.sadly today was a bad day and he had no luck catching anyone out after dark so he would wait in the town park,where he could still be in town but not out of his element

Crane walked down the main road, hoping to run some "errands". Most people were freaked out by him, and tended to stay away. He was feared in this town, as much as he hated it, and he couldn't do anything about it. Still, some people liked him. Turning, he saw Scarlet coming down the road with her daily catch. Making sure his hood was up, he nodded at her. Well, as much as he could nod. "Scarlet." He greeted her. Even if people didnt like him, he tried to be nice.

Elphaba groaned as she woke up, just as she did every morning. She tossed the sheets off of her and stood up stiffly. Her black gown that hung to her ankles contrasted with the soft green of her skin and darker green of her hair. The witch had a permanent frown on her face. On the stand beside her bed was a cage, that held a tiny little bird. Elphaba smiled wickedly and snapped, causing the little bird to cry out in pain as the cage shrunk, unbearably small.

Sighing in contenment, Elphaba strolled to her bathroom to take a shower.

[The Void]

The large beast growled as he ripped apart the elk he and captured a few hours ago, giving a large howl at the moon as it sank down and the sun slowly came up. The werewolf slowly began to shrink, shedding hair onto the ground as he reverted back to his human form. Blood dripped from his mouth and fingers as he went unconscious for a few minutes before waking up, and seeing his clothes ripped apart and blood on him. He wiped it off with his clothes and headed to town. When he arrived he noticed Scarlet and Crane conversing. He knew what Scarlet was, and tried to avoid her at all costs.

one of Ritters favorites had just arrived back in town,scarlet,one of the few that were just creeped out but not really scared.sadly Crane was there so he hid in the trees and watched,not wanting to deal with him today.and then there was Lucifer,Ritter just didn't like lucifer

After her shower, Elphaba decided to go to visit town, to see what was in the news. She loved hearing the gruesomest tales, and hoped something bad had happened so that she could start off her day brightly. She dressed in a lace black dress, with boots, jacket, and knitted cap. When she left, she realized that there was already a number of people there.

[Whispers]

Whitey snorted out a boatload of steam as he stood, glowering, over a full grown bunny, said bunny standing only to his ankles. Tipping his snout down to look at it, he snorted again, this time in amusement, as the rabbit seemed to have a heart attack, falling over abruptly. Spearing the white specimen on his tusk, White swallowed it whole, not even stopping to chew, before continuing his trek through the forest.

After a minute or so of walking, he came to the edge of the forest. He looked forward, and saw a town, a very small one at that. Wanting a more...fulfilling appetite, the massive boar walked straight into the town, not caring that the sparce civilians saw him. They couldn't hurt him, and he only wanted a human sized treat.

Not a big deal.

Seeing a group of them already near each other, seemingly unaware of his being there, the boar snorted and aimed his tusks at the closest human's had, which seemed to be a lady in a dark dress and knitted cap. There was something off about her, vile even, that he couldn't place.

Seeing that she had her back turned to him, the massive white boar walked to her back, trying not to make his presence known, but ended up knocking a giant, sharped tusk against her shoulder, ripping a small slit through the dress's.

'....Shit.'

Crane turned and saw an enormous beast standing in the middle of the road, right behind a well dressed lady. As the boar accidentally scraped her shoulder, Crane ran towards the beast and shouted to get its attention. "Hey! Go back to the forest!" He yelled, running forward. Time to do your job Crane, he thought. Like he said, today should be exciting. As he ran towards the beast, he reached into his satchel and grabbed his favorite weapon: a morning glory with the end shaped like a Jack-o-lantern. Fitting for the headless horseman.
