Incarcerated- a Hunger Games styled Prison Roleplay

In the distant future, after a series of global misfortunes and the need to rebuild, taking the place of America is a place called the Mainland. In the Mainland, it is a virtual utopia of sorts, there's still crime and there's still the dark and dirty side of things, but at a much lesser degree than the America of today. When people do commit crimes, no matter how insignifigant or severe, they are sent to a place known to the public as the Island. A giant island where their whole sentence is played out for the entertainment of the masses. They cannot defend themselves in court, just let the evidence speak for itself before the Jury makes a decision. Then they are sent on an airplane to The Island with very little prep time, and their whole lives laid out before them...

Each televised Prison Sentence is played in cycles of 11 inmates, each cycle has but 1 victor who then stays on The Island, awaiting the next cycle to arrive.

Each type of crime committed depends on the equipment, disadvantages, and advantages given. Also, to liven things up, one convict is given a coded black box that only one other convict has the combination to.

Types of crimes:
Arson- those that are committed of arson are given a pack of 3 wet matches
Corruption- those in positions of authority that are found guilty of corruption are sent in with a badge of their authoritative position, thus marking them as a target
Drunk driving- those found guilty of drunk driving are sent to The Island with (1 backpack that can only be opened by use of a breathalyzer, and one gallon of alcoholic beverages)
Forgery- those found guilty of forgery are given a black box that only one other convict is capable of opening, but anything can be in the box
Kidnapping- those found guilty of kidnapping are sent to The Island with their hands tied and a blindfold
Murder- those found guilty of murder are implanted with a kill switch and a proximity charge that will kill them if they or someone comes into contact with them within 20 feet
Robbery- if one is found guity of robbery, they are given the combination to a black box
Torture- if someone is found guilty of unneccessary torture, they are outfitted with a special suit that rakes their flesh with every movement, but provides limited protection from the enivornment and physical attacks
Rape- those committed to The Island because of Raping someone else, are given a chasity styled bomb, if they get too excited, the bomb blows up

Standard equipment:
1 canteen (empty upon arrival)
1 dry match
A hunting knife
1 granola bar
1 flashlight (half dead)
1 9mm pistol with full clip (contains suprise rubber bullets)

Predators:
Spider-Chimpanzee (aka the Shimp)- http://majortechdbd.deviantart.com/a...sign-163803604 (the spider-chimp is very territorial, but will only eat a freshly killed corpse. It lays it's eggs- about 10 per body- in the stomach cavity before planting a neuro toxin into the brain stem of the corpse that brings back into a "zombie" state for 24 hours to help accelerate the birthing process)
Wolves- http://browse.deviantart.com/art/Wolves-310259016 (these wolves have the ability to speak broken english and simple sentences. They breed like rabbits, their young come into the world about 50 a day)

Available food:
Fruits (common day fruits can be found on The Island, but an unknown number of them have been poisoned, so the only way to eat them is to cook them or liquify them)
Fresh water springs (there is but one spring of fresh water on The Island, it's about half a football field in length and width, but if combined with food from The Mainland it is toxic, so it's best to wait after your last meal is fully digested before drinking from the spring)

Yeah, but not for reasons like they were in Hunger Games. They're there for the convicts to fight something other than themselves
