"I don't care. I'm collecting on that favor. I need you here in Mystic Falls a.s.a.p" Rosaline said irritated into the phone before hanging up. Why were witches always so irritating to deal with? Even when you help them they don't like returning the favor and helping a vampire. Shaking her head she wanted some alcohol, badly. But after what happened last time she was in the grill, she would just find a liquor store to get from or something like that, since the human back where she was staying didn't drink, another annoying thing.

Now all she had to do was find a place and get something strong. Maybe brandy, or vodka, she really didn't care at this point. Then she needed to get ahold of some people so she could get this Eris, and Elijah's, number. Clearly the two, or at least one of them, hated Klaus so if she would help anyone out of that family to get rid of Esther it would be him. Rebekah was always the closer one to her hybrid brother which was why she would never be an option. "So much to do," she sighed to herself in annoyance. Thanks for tricking me here with very little knowledge Katherine she thought in irritation before taking off to find some much needed alcohol.

Elijah looked to her and gave what might have been considered a smile. "We were always quite the pair, weren't we?" If anyone could get things done it was the two of them. At this rate he really couldn't trust most of the others in this town. Nodding, if he recalled right he remembered where the Bennett witch lived and took off in the direction of that house.

"More than likely, yes" Elijah replied. "My whole family has been causing them trouble. Even the one who sired their line, they will try to still figure a way to get rid of them." That was very true, considering who really was their sire line. He knew it wasn't himself. "They were the ones who killed Finn." He didn't know why he said that. Eris probably already knew, or could guess anyway.

Glancing to Eris as she cut off her words he wondered if she regretted being a vampire. If possible would she go back and change the way things went and stay human? Live a 'normal' life and marry some human. "Do you regret it? Being a vampire that is..?" Part of him regretted asking that particular question. Even if he actually wanted to know the answer now wasn't really the time to talk about such things.

Eris looked over to Elijah and sighed. "I know, I feel kind of bad for Finn. He had no chance to live. No chance to see the beauty the world can offer. Sometimes humans, and vampires who wish to be human, can be stupid. They got lucky." Eris commented, and his last question caused her to shake her head and smile. "The only time I questioned it was when I was still human and you told me I had to die, but no. I don't regret it. I kind of like it, especially now with blood bags. Keeps me from having to feed on humans which I really like." she said to him, and she looked over to him before she rolled her eyes to look ahead of them. "I'm assuming it was Klaus who made their bloodline. He's the only one of the four of you left who is the least likable."

Eris sighed and when they got to the witch's house she looked it over. "Bennett witches, why are they always required for something?" she grumbled to herself and once Bonnie looked at Elijah she nearly slammed the door in their faces, but Eris managed to move something int he way of the door. "We don't come to harm you, little witch." she said. "Just to hear us out. Esther is on her way back into town, in an attempt to kill all vampires known to existence, so if you care anything about the lives of your friends, you'll hear us out."

"I'm done being pushed around by vampires." she hissed, and Eris looked at her.

"I have a feeling you mean Klaus." Eris said and Bonnie was taken a little off guard. "It's his personality, it's always his way or no way. Believe me, I know. I just ask for you to hear me out. It's a way to save your friends."

"I don't trust strangers." Bonnie said and she glared at Elijah, "And he's stabbed me in the back before."

"Fine, but I know things that you'll need to know to keep your friends safe." Eris said, and she looked to Elijah before she turned to walk away.

"Wait." Bonnie said, and Eris looked over her shoulder. "Come in." she said to them and she smiled.

Getting some liquor was almost like heaven as Rosaline had a bag of bottles in her hand. While she hadn't been much of a drinker as a human, she definitely was now that she was a vampire. Knowing she wouldn't be able to easily find this Eris person or Elijah back at the house, she stayed outside and headed to some tiny little fast food place where she got some food just for show so she could sit down while making a few calls.

It seemed like that's all she had been doing for the last couple hours or so that she had been in town. Shaking her head she shot out a few more texts. While obviously no one would know where they were in person at the moment she just needed a number so she could call or text. Taking a long, long drink straight from a bottle of brandy she had, it was always helpful when she had a headache or was annoyed.

Elijah nodded, Finn was kind of worse than him on that front. While he was known to be the moral one, Finn never liked being a vampire. This was why he was the one going to sacrifice himself to kill them all. For a moment he wondered if Esther had known back then about what happened to the vampires of the bloodline when an original died. "Those do come in handy," he agreed and was kind of relieved by that. Thankfully her turning had been nothing like how Elena almost was turned thanks to Damon. How he forced her to drink his blood hours before the ritual.

"That would be just their luck," he said and could very well see it being Klaus that made that bloodline. If that was true it meant the one person they wanted gone most couldn't die unless Elena and her non vampire friends wanted their other friends to die. Walking up to the house Elijah was more or less a little silent. Bennett's always seemed the most troublesome to deal with it seemed.

It was no surprise when Bonnie practically slammed the door in their face. Eris was probably better to talk at the moment with how much she disliked him.

"I know you don't trust me. I only did what I had to, to try and find my family," was all Elijah said before Eris went on about how she knew things to help her friends stay safe. He went to turn away as well before she stopped them and inviting them inside. Glancing to Eris for a split second before stepping inside and to the living room.

Eris looked back over to Elijah when Bonnie invited them in. So, Eris had a few manipulating qualities, but who didn't, and she walked in and sat on the couch where Bonnie motioned she and Elijah to sit down. Eris brought her hands under her legs when she sat, smoothing her dress when she sat and she looked to Bonnie. "So, what do you know that I should?" she asked, getting right to the point.

"Well." Eris began, "I'm sure you're aware of the bloodline thing, right?" she asked, and Bonnie nodded.

"You know their bloodline?" Bonnie asked.

"No exactly, but I can already tell you one thing. Klaus can't die. He's created hybrids and from what I understand, one of your friends is a hybrid. And say he is the sire line... Well, there is a way to get Klaus out of the picture without killing him. Unlike Elijah, Rebekah, and Kol, he can be daggered and stay alive, but there is one bigger problem you need to worry about before even attempting a go at Klaus." Eris told her and Bonnie nodded.

    "What?" Bonnie asked.

"Esther. She's on her way back into to town to finish her job of getting rid of the vampire race. Now, you can either help us get rid of her or you can walk away and not know how to rid yourself of Klaus with no casualties." she said. "Your choice, and I'll even offer my own assistance."

Eris watched Bonnie for a few moments awaiting her answer.

Klaus was still rattling his brain trying to figure things out and soon he received a text. From... one of his old friends. He smirked, but at the nature of the message he quickly frowned. Rosaline was looking for a way to find Elijah and Eris, huh? Well, that could prove to be very, very bad. Her grumbled, but he texted the number he knew as Elijah's to his old friend and told him to give it to Rosaline. Let them plan something against him right now, they had bigger worries. Like Ester primarily and then after that they needed to get the last white oak stake in existence. SO much to do and so little time.

He grumbled into his glass before he noted Elena and Caroline walking about. He tuned into their conversation.

"Do we have to go to Bonnie's?" Caroline asked. "I mean, is she sure we can trust them?"

"She's 100%, and I know it's Elijah, but who knows, maybe he's changed since the last backstab." Elena commented and Klaus smirked. "Maybe we should get in touch with that Rosalie woman... She might be helpful too."

"I don't know." Caroline said. "I don't want Klaus dead, despite wanting to be rid of him, he's Tyler's sire line for certain."

"Let's just go." she said, and Caroline sighed and followed Elena out and Klaus followed closely behind them.

Rosaline was growing bored. Couldn't this town be more fun? So many humans were on vervain it made having fun hard. But she supposed this was no time for fun anyway. Hopefully the little witch would show up tomorrow. Curiously she wondered how they had been handling the magic since the last time she had seen anyone in that family but supposed she would find out soon enough.

Finally she received a response about what Elijah's number was. Since it would be easier to explain things in person so she sent a simple text while adding a little thing at the end so he knew who it was.

Rosalie didn't expect such a fast response but that's what she got. It mentioned an address, maybe where they were now? Getting up she decided she would head there and wait outside until they came out. Or if it was awhile of her waiting then she would go knock on the door. At least she had her drinking to keep her busy.

Grabbing the things she headed out of the place ready for tomorrow to get here and really get working on something.

Elijah wasn't exactly sure what Eris was planning to tell Bonnie other than the fact of Esther trying to finish off the vampire race, which definitely meant the girls friends would all die as well. Most of them, anyway. Which was what she went on to say, mentioning that as well as the hybrid Tyler who was, most definitely, from Niklaus line. While he didn't know how she felt about the boy personally, he knew her friend was dating him.

Glancing over at her as she offered her assistance he wondered if she was serious. Yes he was very angry, and yes he had almost killed his brother once, but he wasn't so sure he would actually attempt to kill him. But he knew how much she didn't like his brother so she might very well be serious.

Watching her for a moment he reached for the phone in his pocket just as he heard her say, "Fine I'll help."

    Need some assistance.

That was all the text read. Aside from who it was from that is. With a quick response he put the phone away.

"What do I need to do?" The Bennett witch then asked.

Eris watched the Bennett witch and when she spoke she smiled. "For now, there's nothing, but when Esther comes she won't have nearly the amount of power she did when she was drawing from your lineage, so it's possible that you'll be able to counteract anything she does. All you need to do is counteract any spells she tries to do, and if you need help I can have another witch here in a matter of hours." Eris told her, and Bonnie looked at her when she heard a knock on her door. "And you could try and look into a way of getting rid of her too." she added before the door was opened.

She opened it and Elena and Caroline came in, both eyeing Elijah and Caroline asked. "Who's the chick?" she asked and Eris stood.

"Eris Lockhart." She introduced herself, walking over and shaking hands with both Elena and Caroline. "You must be Elena. You're so strikingly familiar to Katerina. And you must be..." Eris thought a moment, "Caroline Forbes."

"How does she know that?" Caroline turned to Bonnie, "How do you know that?"

"I keep tabs on people, and I learn about other people. It's what I've done for the last 875 years." she said before she took her seat.

"She has information on how we can take out Klaus." Bonnie said and Caroline's face fell.

"But then Tyler..." she began and Eris chuckled.

"He won't be dead."Eris said, and Caroline looked up. "It will have the same effect a dagger with the white oak ash would have on the vampire Originals, but it's my ace in the hole, and so long as you all cooperate, I will be more than willing to help you. Niklaus has done some horrible things to me too, but my grudge has grown for over 870 years."

Elena looked to Elijah. "Are you okay with that?" she asked.

Eris looked to Elena and then to Elijah. "He doesn't have to be. He'd have control on when he came back. Do to him what he did to them so many times." Eris said.

Klaus wasn't about to let this lead get away from him. He needed to know what was being plotted against him, and he needed to know... Well he needed to know about five minutes ago. There was never not a ploy against him anymore, but what could he say? He was the most powerful being in the world at the moment, and all he knew was that there were bigger problems than him out there. Following the two girls to the Bennett household hadn't been hard at all, and as he listened in with intent. There was a way to bring him down? Oh this he had to hear... But the voice wasn't divulging the information and for what he had assumed was good measure. He noted another figure and quickly moved out of the way. Rosaline. He should have know.

Mentally, Klaus was furious, they were plotting against him, and there were bigger fish to fry. However, something else interested him on this. If they were turning to that Bennett witch to help that means that they wanted something in return, and Klaus knew his brother and Eris. They both valued life, whether it was their own or of those they loved. Perhaps they were looking to the Bennett witch for help with Esther, however, it seemed they were taking a much different approach than what he would have.

They were being diplomatic, nice, negotiable. All things he knew that vampires didn't need to be, especially not the older ones. This made him wonder and he quickly headed home to be by himself and think this through. There were plenty of things wrong with this scenario and he just couldn't figure out what yet.

Elijah wondered just how smart of an idea this was. A witch helping would be useful, but at the same time he knew just how much the group wanted to take down his whole family. Perhaps the old saying was true. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. Glancing at the door he was not surprised that it turned out to be Elena and Caroline. Undoubtedly they were probably texted or something about them being here. So long as they weren't here to hinder anything, that was good.

Looking to Eris for a moment, she obviously knew the people of this town. Vampires as old as them didn't do anything without having knowledge first. Especially when coming to a town like this; so much had happened here it was like suicide coming and not knowing a thing.

Silently he listened about how Eris planned to get rid of Niklaus. Seeing his brother actually die wasn't his intention, but something similar to the dagger that had happened to him and his other siblings was more along the lines of what he would prefer. Apparently she had something that would work similar.

"You wouldn't want the control for yourself?" He questioned when she mentioned it would be him that decided when his brother would come back or not. As of the moment he couldn't even think of a reason for why he would ever want to bring him back. Part of that could have been because of just learning what he did all of those years ago.

So long as they got rid of Esther for good then he was fine with it. Giving Niklaus a taste of his own medicine was a nice thought, except for the fact if he did indeed ever bring him back his brother would gun for him to put a dagger through his heart.

[This post may be a little short and I will bring in Klaus when we skip to the next day.]

Eris looked to Elijah when he questioned her as did everyone else. "Despite the hatred I hold towards him, he's your family. Not mine." she reminded him and Caroline looked at her skeptically.

"So, we're supposed to trust a vampire who has just rolled into town who magically hates Klaus as badly as all of us do? I don't buy that. How do we know you won't try to protect him?" Caroline said, and Eris looked at her.

"I understand your skepticism. But Niklaus took away 875 years from me. He's not my sire line, and yes I am still here, but I have been far from happy since I was sired. Elijah sired me, and then Niklaus had to meddle and threatened to kill me if I went anywhere near Elijah. So I fled without warning, and to be completely honest, I can't stand Niklaus. I don't wish death to his sire line though. Finn's sire line dying off was bad enough." she said and Caroline looked to her. "However, I believe I shall take my leave. We'll be in touch." she said, standing up and Caroline looked at her and then to Elijah as Eris left and headed off to the small apartment she was in.

Rosalie was very pleased to wake up and see that her little witch would be here in a couple hours. Good. Then they could get to work. The only question was, did she want to align herself with anyone and if yes, then who? Sure she already made contact with Elijah, but that didn't necessarily mean she had to tell him and this Eris girl everything she was planning. Her motives may not be the same as theirs. Elijah was Klaus brother, which made her not want anything to do with him, or any of the originals, but that wasn't going to be possible seeing as Esther was their mother. He was the likely choice though considering how the two brothers were fighting and that girl, if she was the one who tripped in in the Mystic Grill, didn't seem to like him.

All of that could be decided later on though once she spoke with her witch. For now she decided to feed and go to the Mystic Grill. They wouldn't be here for a few hours, but they planned to meet there and drinking alcohol could sure pass that time. The red head gave no problems in being fed from, a nice perk of compulsion, before she took off. As soon as her help was here she would feel much better about going out in the open. Not that they could kill whom she had been running from, but they would still be better than nothing.

    ~~

While Elijah hadn't really wanted to come back to his own home, that's what he had done after leaving the Bennett house and he immediately went up to his own room without bothering to see where his siblings were. They had to be here though, he was sure. It was kind of hard for him to go to sleep, knowing so much had to be done in so little time, plus getting his brother taken care of before Niklaus could find out they were plotting against him. After awhile he did finally manage, but as usual he didn't really dream, or if he did he didn't really remember said dreams. Those seemed more of a human thing, not a vampire one.

The next day he found himself up somewhat early in the morning. If eight could really be considered early. Vaguely he wondered how Rebekah was going to act once all of this was over and done with. Her and Niklaus had always been the closest of the siblings, that was clear. Would she try to hinder them if she knew? It was hard to say. So long as his brother didn't die, at least not for good, then he was perfectly fine getting rid of him for awhile. Frankly he deserved it after all that he had done, not only to him but to the whole family.

After a shower and change, Elijah checked his phone to see if there were any messages. As of yet there were none. Heading downstairs he was weary of seeing his siblings right now. While not nearly as angry as yesterday, all was not forgiven between him Niklaus.
