The Mistake (Mount Olympus/City of the gods Ic thread)

Info : Each god has their own part of olympus, Zeus has the city hall and manion. Hermes has the mail office, Athena has the war planning office, Ares has the War Ship, Posiodn has the Ocean (On and off Olympus) Alot more places for each god. There is a rumor among the gods of a possable child being born a god, but it has not been proven. There is a meeting house where the gods gather and Hades only comes when summoned. Demigods only come when they are summoned here and Zeus makes the rules, Zeus's word is law and who ever disobeys is punished badly. The world up there is often sunny and bright but when war comes close its often stormy up there and harsh so please don't go around and anger the gods. the animals are kept in the animal holding Area and fights happen in the Arena where the gods will watch and Zeus will determin when the fight should end. Hermes and Apollo being the quick ones have easy time aroudn the place and alot of demigods are not allowed but Zeus can be mercyful at times. Harsh rules are placed by Zeus and he doesn't want demigods on the mount anymore only for meetings.

(I will Be Hermes, I like the god anyways)


Hermes: The god of messages stood on the top of the office, his golden eyes narrowed slightly as he was thinking and looking at all the messages his phone kept brining to him. Hermes groaned as he saw he had to deliver two packages to Hades, oh what fun! Hermes grumbled and looked at the sender it was Demeter that was giving Hades the package so Hermes didn’t really question the thought. Hermes took out his kerykeion and slowly he gets on his sandals on and strapped them in. He had to go feed the sheep before night came.
Hermes jumped off the roof and walked through the city, watching the Olympians gods from the hidden cloak of his, he smirks seeing Zeus and Hera arguing from the window of the town hall and slowly he walked past them. He walked past the nectar store and decided to fill up his canteen. Agile he walked into the store and made his order, the god took his canteen and filled it up, and Hermes thanked him and gave him some coins then walked off. Hermes had been around the city millions of time, annoyed Ares, scared Apollo’s cattle and a lot of other things.
Hermes came to his lovely ranch like home, it was modern styled and full of papers and receipts for his packages, also a lot of stolen stuff was inside but he made sure no god came into his home while he was gone or away. Hermes set down his staff and walked over to the ranch where he owned the sheep and slowly he gets some grain out and spread it out allowing the sheep to graze on the grass and grain. Hermes smiled watching his beloved animals graze on the golden grass of Olympus pastures.

Hermes walked back into his home and got changed into his regular garments which where a short sleeve, V-neck shirt brown color. The clothing was made from the threads woven by Athena, he smiled remembering his younger sister but didn’t care he lost fights to her because she was so smart, Father’s daughter, daddies little girl. Hermes laughed at the thought of it and grinned as he had also heard some rumors of some god being born, but that wasn’t possible, the gods would have been able to track it down and kill it by now, yet right now none of the gods could find out where it was.
Hermes had a job to do and that was not to worry about some godly child being born. He packed up his van and slowly gets his pet Snake Layla into the van. Now Layla and Hermes had known each other for three years the snake was made from the depths of the earth, alone and scared Hermes befriended the snakeling and now the demonic snake was his traveling friend. He started up the van and started to pull away from the house leaving a note saying he would be gone for the two days. He was ready to start driving then he saw Zeus appear in front of the van and he gulped, his father didn’t look happy. He parked the van and slowly got out,
“Father what’s wrong?” he asked him slowly, his eyes laced with concern taking in his father’s appearance right now he thought maybe he did something wrong, but he didn’t well not for a month at least. He looked at Zeus and felt like shrinking and crawling into a hole watching thunder roll over the sky and he wandered what was wrong with Zeus today.

"Hermes!" bassed the sound of his fathers voice. the car windows shuddered. luckily they did not sprang. "why arent you doing your job properly! There has been born a godly child and I want to know where and who's it is! It is your job to find out and you're taking longer then i expect from you." Zeus calmed down a little "You better find that child soon or i will be forced to exile you from Olympus' summit until you found it"

Hermes covers his ears slightly the voice was loud and stares at his car making sure that the car wasn't damaged, he took a deep breath and spoke,
"But why should I care about a godly child it's a child it can't harm anyone" he spat and crossed his arms slightly, he looked toward the demonic snake that hissed at Zeus with distaste.
"Look dad let's be real here, ok a god was born.....what problem could he possibly be?" He asked cocking his head to the side looking at his father with deep golden eyes that showed he would need a reason to do this. He didn't care if he was thrown out of Olympus but he knew that he was going to be forced anyway and then sighed. He stood up and said,
"Very well you want the kid fine I'll find it, dam dad you have a big problem with new gods" he mutters getting into his van and shut the door and. Gets ready for his trip. He saw his cellphone ring and pick it up,
"Apollo stop calling me I told you-" his eyes widen and froze and blinked his mouth dropped,
"No not possible Apollo damit what did I say about going to the underworld without me" he yelled and hung up and gets changed into his black cloak and red jeans he was good at disguising himself into all places. He looked at Zeus once then sighed,
"Don't worry I'll find the kid" he grumbled and started the car up and whizzed out of Olympus .

[Supreme Command]

Ares was sitting in his throne aboard the war barge, the barges deck was filled with Warriors, all commanded by none other than Ares himself, the god of war. all around these warriors where heaps of weapons, arrows and treasures, the war barge was massive and so was Ares, in his god form he was taller than a building, whilst sitting down. Ares was simply getting bored by the loss of warfare, however he sensed that the game of Capture the flag would begin in the camp soon, at which he would look over the battlefield, ofcourse he wouldn't give any of his children any unfair advantages, even though he would love to. Ares as usual wore his battle armor, his spear and shield leaning against the massive throne. Suddenly Ares could see the the camp before him, one of his children, Ethan was standing out with a bright glow, Ares smiled behind his helmet and laughed, but then he said silently. ''I give life to such warriors.'' He then turned back to his own self, looking over the massive battle barge with hundreds of extremely skilled warriors on it, not only skilled but brutal and emotionless. He could then see thunder coming from the Town hall, obviously indicating that his father was getting angered by something, obviously harmes would be in the midsts of this. he thought.
