Uhm....hmm...tough one but I'll have to go with Pornography. :P
Haha, I joke, I joke.
Really, I can't choose one particular genre as it's all about mood for me, even though I'm predisposed to action mostly, and comedy second...action/comedy, even better. But I've seen and loved some great horror, thriller, drama, sci-fi.
It's also hard to choose when I watch a lot of movies where those genres overlap.
I guess I just love movies.
I'm a big fan of Indie/Foreign films. I Saw the Devil, Oldboy, and Renaissance were great. Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly made my mind whirl in a wonderful way as well. There are always black-comedies too, which I find I enjoy with every viewing, and blaxploitation only works for me when done satirically of the genre of racial stereotypes.
AOTM #25:The Four Elements
Render or draw a representation of one or more of the four elements: Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire.
Due: May 31, 23:59 PST. Have ideas suggestions? I'd love to see them in our AOTM Suggestion Thread!
I'm a big fan of Dark Comedies. Also Foreign movies because they're are not limited as much as American film makers are made feel. Also Comic book movies are really good (When they're done right).
Film Noir, Revisionist Western, Psychological Horror/Thriller, Black Comedy, French New Wave, Japanese New Wave, German Expressionism, and of course Anime.

Sci-Fi. All of it.
A large amount of Fantasy (especially settings without magic or settings where it is omnipresent) I find I absolutely adore.
Steampunk & Cyberpunk also tend to catch my attention more than other genres.
I suppose you could say "the less grounded in reality it is, the more likely I will be attracted to it."
I'm a big fan of sci-fi and horror movies, particularly old black and white ones...or silly B-movies with people in rubber suits, or "terrifying" rubber octopuses.
I tend to be a bit wary of comedy movies, unless they really look like my thing, though: if a drama or horror movies turns out to be awful, you can still have fun laughing at it, but if a comedy goes bad, there's nothing to do but cringe.
