No longer interested if I am stuck with only those from the Flash mythos.
CW PRESENTS![]()
in the quiet midwest of the United States, away from the dangers of Metropolis and Starling City lies the Twin Cities, or as they are properly named Keystone City and Centeral City. Two cities that have never known the terrors of a super criminal or the antics of vigilantes. Until now...
Hello, my name is Walter West, to my friends I'm Wally, but to the world? I'm dead. Walter West doesn't exist in the future, not after being sentenced to death row for what he did to the world. Now I must atone for his sins, to do that I must not let his past catch up with mine, to do that I must become... THE FASTEST MAN ALIVE
This roleplay is a cw-ization of the Flash Mythos. If you've heard of Smallville or Arrow then you know the awesomeness of what this station can put out there and dream up. This will also be played in an episodic format, with seasons, pilot episodes, and even soundtracks for each episode. You may play whomever you wish from The Flash mythos, but I ask that villains be kept publicly and sparecly used for the first season at least. Each player will have the chance to "direct" each episode like how Smallville was directed by the cast members on multiple occassions.
Also, the narrative style of this roleplay will be a mash up of Smallville and Arrow. It will keep the high school setting, and from Arrow it will keep the flashback subplots of how our characters came to be.

Well not just just the flash mythos, you can be other teenaged superheroes. For instance, one person wants/ed to be Artemis, another wants to be Blue Beetle. They don't have to be stricly with the flash, but at least connected to him
Saving my place with the following picture of everyone's favorite female arrow based hero :3
Yeah I'm definitely sticking with the Artemis look, not only does it look CWesque but the skirt is outdated.
Also these totally are NOT tights... it's form fitting leather that allows for maneuverability and breathes >w> ... yeah makes as much sense as the rest of comic book land

Name: Artemis Crock
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Appearance/Picture:
Like this, but the pants are more like cargo pants, the ends of which tuck into her boots.

Artemis Crock
Spoiler
Powers: None
Personality: Artemis Crock is a worldly woman who is realistic. She can go into any situation and see both sides of it before she will form her own opinion. It is hard to truly gain her trust and just as hard to lose it unless you do something to truly cross her.
Bio: Her early life revolved around a crime family, who has tendrils deep in the world's various black markets. Her father Lawrence Crock, trained her from a young age in various survival situations, how to fight and kill. Her mother, Paula Nguyen, whom was in jail for the last 7 years finally came to reclaim her daughter from the man whom she had married, asking him to give up his life of crime or to leave. Artemis and her sister ended up staying with Paula. Her sister ended running away to join up with Lawrence, where they continued with their life of crime. Artemis however, being left with her mother had been away from the crime life for some time, however continued the training that had been instilled in her by going to the gym and doing regular workouts when she would finish up her schoolwork, jog or walk to school. Along the way she had taken up archery as a hobby, but soon found after sometime, that she had a knack for it, and continued the practice.
She hit highschool age and had been continuing her workouts and hobbies, and had even joined the archery team. However her mother insisted that her highschool work take more precedence in the days of late, especially with the peer pressure of school these days. Paula Nguyen wanted better for Artemis, the chance that she herself didn't have. Her mother wasn't strict with her, but always made sure any schoolwork was finished before anything else was allowed to be done, while this did cause the occasional friction between mother and daughter, the two loved one another alot.
Skills:
Hand to hand Combat: This includes several fighting styles taught to her by her father.
Bow and Arrow Marksman: Half Self taught and half taught by an instructor, she shows a capability of being able to hit a still target at 100 yards and a moving one at almost 70.
Gadgetry training: Thanks to her father she has training on using gadgets of various types, however she had fallen out of practice of this part of her training and as such has minimal training in gadgetry.
Physical conditioning: Artemis Crock's conditioning allows her to run humanly fast for long distances, lift 1.5x her own weight, and endure things that the average human could not.
Affiliation: Keystone Highschool, Keystone Highschool Archery Team.
Theme: Everybody's Fool

If you're married to a woman who can eat as much as you and not gain an ounce you have a right to be scared Goku.
I'M CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR TOUHOU RP'S SO IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE DO HIT ME UP VIA PM
Epic posts:
Ill have the cs skeleton up by today, also for character appearances we will be using actor/esses. For example, for Artemis, she could be played by Hayden Panettiere.
Seeing as we're doing it CW style, the costumes would be more modern and realistic, meaning no tights or capes? If so, I'll simply make Blue Beetle wear a Balaclava with some high tech goggles.
Eternal dibs on The Question, tho.
It’s not on the menu, but might I suggest the ‘I got my ass kicked’ martini?
Never consider yourself a ugly person, consider yourself a beautiful monkey.
Blue Beetle (Kord) could still wear his comic costume I think, just needs to be a little more realistic and less latex-y. I'll also be doing the no costume rule from Smallville for Flash, he'll be using a motorcyclist motif. Miss Martian I'm on the fence about, could she be related distantly to John Jones of Smallville's PD? as for The Question, could you partner him with Detective Fred Chyre? Fred's the Flash's Commissioner Gordon.
