You always wondered why you seem so different to others? Do you think that you can see a world beyond the reach of others? Do you have special powers that makes you different compared to others? Well, then you might be an Other. Don't you worry. The world is a good place the moment you are one.
Nevertheless, we shall see how you are holding up. The Others live in two groups, the Light and Dark Others. They have been in a truce for centuries, never fighting each other and keeping a peaceful balance, despite their hatred against one another. The imbalance of this was evident nonetheless. A war is coming up soon...
So is there some interest for this?

It's based on the movie 'Nightwatch' and 'Daywatch'. Trashy movies, but I really like the setting of it and think of getting the pentalogy of books.

Since Nightwatch plays in Moscow and has a basic setting already, I'd say I 'steal' it. I was thinking of letting the whole thing run it's way around a big city in the U.S. or somewhere more Western. Also have one or two things from my own sleeve that I want to mix in for story purposes.
