Bio: one of the later people to realise about the wishes idea, was asked by one of vegas men to join them in the battle to keep everyone quiet and under his control but turned it down and now wants to stop him after finding out more. Has a slight evil side to her although tries to hide it most of the time but cant when the heat of battle strikes.
