It was cold. Eeyore forgot to bring a blanket. But she still had her large sweater. But it was snowing. Crap. The snow fell hard, coating her black converse. She shivered, but refused to think of going home. That was a last resort. No. That wasn't even a last resort. It was nothing. She'd never go back home.
Being dyslexic has been hard for me, but now, I am starting to break through its barrier.

Eeyore sniffled, and soon after sneezed. At this rate, she'd freeze to death. So she stood up, pulling her jacket tighter around herself. She started walking, eyes on the ground. She bumped into Rusty a few steps later and gasped. She thought it was a police officer. She turned and ran, her long snow-colored hair flowing after her.

Rusty lost his balance and fell over into the snow when he was bumped. He looked up, and saw a blur run away and sighed "Bump me and run off? How rude..." Rusty mumbled.
Eeyore runs into a new alley, and collapses on the floor, sobbing. "This can't be happening. I'm such an idiot!" She hits the concerete, and cries harder from the pain.

Rusty stood slowly, and followed the faint sound of crying. He pulled his coat tighter around himself and he approached Eeyore "H-Hello? Is anybody here?"
Eeyore gasped, slowly turned around. She got up, shivering visibly. "I-I'm s-sorry f-for b-bumping i-into y-you..." her teeth chattered as she spoke. "D-don't t-take m-me t-to t-the p-p-police..." She got up, slowly backing away from Rusty.

"N-no I won't t-turn you i-in..."Rusty tried to smile but he was jus too cold. He squated down curling into a ball, trying to gain some body heat.
Slowly, Eeyore walked over to him. "I-I'm gonna go see if I can get us some coffee...'Kay?" She turned and ran, on a mission to warm the nice teenager up.

Rusty nodded and covered his face with his his arms, attempting to keep warm.
He watched the freezinf snow fall...
