Beatchoo to dis, breh.
And I think I stopped playing after defeating Norman, I think, due to school, and then just never picked it up again.
So, I'm playing a Nuzlocke run of Pokemon Sapphire after a few long years of having not touched the games at all. This got me to thinking(a rare occurrence, I know), I want to do something special, something that makes a pokemon run a bit more interesting. So I came up with a 'locke for myself. First off, you all will pick the game I run through. Secondly, any pokemon I catch will be named after a(in my mind) fitting spam member. Thirdly, to make things interesting, I will be giving you the results in short story like chapters. Now, this last one is because I want to do something akin to a "Nuzlocke Comic", but my writing skill far out classes my drawing skill(though, to be honest, both are sub par at best).
So, spam, what say you?

Nah, I mean play a different Gen.
For sheer content in the main story, I'd suggest Black and White.
For game length, second gen or the remakes, which include Kanto.

But fuck it, voted for Fire Red/Leaf Green because I still have a soft spot for my Bulbasaur who saw me to the Hall of Fame in my first successful nuzlocke.

Personally, I've never touched Black and White, don't plan too. And I said starting a 'locke on Sapphire got me this idea, so I'm letting spam pick the game(up to gen4, anyway) If it was up to me, however, you bitches would be stuck in Gold.
This will also likely be the first 'locke I ever truly finish, be it a sweet or bitter end.
See, I also got bored in my game, because I couldn't take my challenge seriously whenever I sent out Rilla the Blaziken.

Actually...it was more I bent the rules a few too many times doing them back when I was a kid before the challenge even had a name and was just faint=death as the prime rule.
I voted for Diamond/Pearl because I've played it most recently so I'm familiar with everything. But if I could vote for more than one I would've also picked FireRed/LeafGreen. And probably HG/SS as well. Whichever one you pick, this is going to be interesting.Oh and if you name a Pokemon after me, please let it be a fire Pokemon or Espeon.
Amazing set courtesy of Lillian Thorne!
Yeah, perhaps I need to rephrase what I said earlier. That Bulbasaur helped me reach the hall of fame in my first successful nuzlocke ever, where I never broke rule 1 or 2.
Fuck whoever voted for 4th gen, those are the worst fucking games of the series.

Honestly, the naming thing is more just who I see a pokemon being most like. Like if I were to catch a Buizel should I play D/P/P, I would more than likely name it Ace. Buizel are some cocky-but-high class mother fuckers.

I think we now have a common ground, good sir. I'm a Gen 2 man, myself.
But yes, I had a bent rule, something that I don't consider a true 'locke, the use of max revive up to three times. That's why I say I've never truly finished one. I also may have fudged the catch rule a few times.
