2023- THE FUTURE

Wallly rubbed his eyes tiredly whilst sitting on his cot, he had no idea what was to happen to his loved ones once he was gone, but he hoped their deaths wouldn't be made a circus of like his own. He stood up and walked to the mirror above his stainless steel toilet, turned his face before whispering, "all clear,"

When he looked back at the reflective surface, a gangly man dressed in a green and orange jumpsuit stood behind him, but in the real world, he was all alone in his dark cell. "Mirror Master," Wally nodded at the man in the mirror,

"Wally," the fugitive known as Mirror Master, a scottish criminal high up on America's Most Wanted said as he too nodded.

"Did you bring it?" Wally asked and presented his palm slowly to the edge of the mirror,

"Yeah, but why do you need his wand for?" Mirror Master asked, a little puzzled,

"Two reasons really," Wally shrugged, "give it to me and I'll tell and then give you what you deserve,"

"Fine," the scot said with a roll of his eyes behind his mirrored goggles and he dug in his pocket before pushing his hand through the demensional block that seperated the mirror from the real world and dropped a small black cylinder into Wally's hands.

"The first reason, was to tie up loose ends," Wally said and looked at his ex Rogue remorselessly, and in a tremendous show of speed, he slammed the device against the mirror. This caused two things to happen.

The first, the mirror shattered, thus trapping Mirror Master in each individual shard, unable to fully travel to another mirror. The second thing that happened, was that the Wand began to spark...

2013- THE PRESENT

"See ya," Wally nodded at Ted, then turned back to his girlfriend, "well we've actually been working on something really awesome, similar to the Haldron Collider," he explained, but quickly looked at Ralph, "that was off the record," he told his semi detective friend, "last thing I need is LexCorp finding out someone blabbed and I'll have to go to internal affairs," he said with a roll of his eyes, "last thing I need is a way to screw up my grades even further,"

As if reading his mind, the school secretary spoke his name over the intercom, asking for him to come to the principal's office. "Speak of the Devil," he joked.

The moment that Ted oppened the door for them to get inside, it was the moment that Ralph Dibny truly went into the fray. Of course getting a first taste in the entrance was fine, and the sight of the long corridor full of Lockers and the mascot painting was all familiar to him but in there, he could listen and pray on the real good ones. The conversations were so much easier to eavsdrop on and even the awkward students had their own story to tell inmprinted on their faces

'Well it looks like Katie Covacs did not study for the English Test today...' he whispered to himself. Ralph was so occupied with his excavations that he did not noticed Ted leaving, and only the voicen of Wally talking to him about his scientific projects

"Well now you offense me Mr West. I am a serious investigative reporter and detective NOT a paparazzi. But if you and your team keep this up, be sure that you will be getting a lot of fame from the Nobel prize you are going for..." Ralp said. And then, as Wally was called from the principles office something unexpected happened.

Ralphs nose TWITCHED. Thats right, twitched. Not once or twice but three times in a row infront of Wally and Frances.

"Walter West. Do you have any idea what does that mean?" Ralph asked pointing at his noise with an air of rare seriousness.

Artemis could swear she heard the sound of glass breaking, like it was smashed. Artemis figured it was just a prisoner acting out or something, but instinct was telling her otherwise, this kept her ready for anything. Artemis looked relaxed, but was in fact, tense, and ready. she didn't want anyone who looked in, thinking she was up to something. She wasn't, but she didn't want to give that impression. Something was going to happen soon, sand she wanted to be ready for whatever it was.

2013
Artemis managed to get a couple cartons of full milk, happy with herself she left the cafeteria, drinking her milk. She walked across the school grounds on this nice day. It didn't take Artemis all that long to get to the halls that held her locker. She gathered her books from her locker, soon hearing a small commotion just around the corner from her locker, and looked. She could see the school's two Bullies picking on Ted. Artemis sighed, and slung her backpack over her shoulder, walking down the hall. "Hey there Tom and Tence" she didn't like these two, but did for the most part get along because she could people like this in check. "You two picking on my friend here?" She came over by Ted. She smiled at the two bullies, but the smile held a look of pure murder and intimidation. She could easily take these two down and prove a point, but doing that would serve no purpose, and they would never learn.

Ted was expecting to be beaten out of his money when a familiar voice caught his ear. He turned to see Artemis arrive. His heart literally skipped a beat as she approached and then began to harass the Terror Twins. The newly arrived blond had an angry look in her eyes and her smiled was anything but friendly. As for the twins, they simply glared back. Ted stood idly by and watched as Tommy Terror clenched his right hand into a fist. Most people knew from experience that you didn't want to be on the receiving end of an uppercut from Tommy. The bullies eyes were fixed on Artemis and Ted knew that he was going to strike in just a couple of seconds.

As soon as he saw Tommy begin to move, Ted reacted quickly. Jumping in between Artemis and Tommy, he pushes forwards with his hands using all his strength to stop the fist. It works; for a few seconds. Ted forgot that people have two hands. Within seconds another fist came flying at him, hitting the side of his face with such force that Ted reared back in pain clutching the side of his face.

Looking round at Artemis he smiled. "Take him."

(Quick post cause someone needs to get this moving and I have a performance in like ten minutes so no time to do more :/)

The receptionist looks up disapprovingly at the approaching Wally, frowns and says. "They're waiting for you in the office, go right in."

(Should he enter)

The Principal stood, and glared sternly at Megan until she did as well. She smiled nervously at the lanky guy who'd just walked "hey."

The principal glared at her disapprovingly and she looked at her feet. "Mr West, this is Megan Morse, Megan, Wally West."

He gestured out the door, "Wally will be your student 'buddy', he'll show you around school and make sure you get into to much trouble.

"You'll have to tell me some other time Ralphy," Wally told his friend and patted him on the shoulder, then turned to Frances, "sorry babe, be back in a flash," he said with a wink and jogged down the hall, he caught wind of a ruckus going down near the cafeteria, but paid no attention to it as he entered the main office and was directed to the principle's office. "Knock knock," he said casually as he tapped lightly on the open door.

"Ok Wally, I'll see you in class. I hope you aren't in too much trouble."

Frances turned to the others as Wally moved away. "Come on guys, so how's your weekends been?"

She led the way into the school, her books cradled in her arms, smiling at a few of the groups she walked past, a couple of friends rolled their eyes at her as they saw her companions. Truth be told, they weren't entirely her kind of people, she used to be one of the plastic popular girls, till she'd started going out with Wally. Selfish, vain, she was honest about herself. The only reason she'd hung around with these guys was because she was with Wally, but she'd realised that actually she preferred these guys to anyone else.
