So, an idea I had a while back: Lex Luthor hears a rumor that most, if not all, superheroes in the world have been brainwashed for some higher power; a power that wants to destroy/overtake the earth. Luthor kidnaps pretty much every supervillain and pulls a Waller on them, giving them nanobots or something so they'll die if they rebel, then starts a new Secret Society to save the world. Canon characters only, with Joker and Vandal Savage as Luthor's lieutenants, and Grodd, Circe, Sinestro, Sivana, Deathstroke, and Ra's al Ghul under them.
