Elizabeth Hammel (Huntress) - 25

History/Background: Elizabeth's childhood was anything but normal, her father becomming a secular priest during her childhood years and yet continuing to tell stories of creatures of the night that roamed in the country side nearby. Growing up in Greenland where it was too cold most day of the year to leave the house, she found herself snuggled with her brother, Marcus and his best friend Henri as they listened to the tales of ancient history and the biblical genealogy of the wicked. Though her father claimed the tales to be true and gave compelling details, she never believed his stories until one cold winters night when he and Marcus had gone hunting and never returned. Her mother, Henri and her searched for days that turned into weeks, months and even years for her lost family and came up void.

After finishing school she and Henri lost touch as she moved to Paris to continue her education, becoming a medical doctor in a time when it was unheard of for a woman to do so. Plagued by dreams and visions of her brother and father, she returned home to take a small sabbatical and discover through her father's journals what might have become of them. When she arrived and got settled, she called the only other person that might believe her and invited him to come and keep her company and sane as they traveled through a world that belonged only in the books of Grimm. The adventure made horror story by the resounding outcome of all events that lay just behind them - the past opened to creature the present.



Jasmine Rolands (Vamp) - 23 (Appears) / 1943 (Actuality)

History/Background: Jasmine was the only daughter of Martha of Bethany, her father disappearing at the time of Christ's death on the cross, her brothers and sisters taken by various relatives, but leaving her be because her beauty was a detriment to keeping her safe, one that no one would assume responsibility for. She grew to the age of 22 before being sold in the slave markets, her owners forcing themselves on her in ways a girl should never experience. After a year of abuse, she left one cold dark night, the snow seeping into her frail shoulders, the moon crying on her behalf and knelt in front of church, using sharp glass to remove her weariness from the world.

She remembered very little of the night, a man of fine clothes and a beautiful accent moving the shadows that lay around her and bringing her back from the clutches of death, but staying only until she was able to move and breathe on her own and the slipping out of her grasp. She walked through the horror of belonging to the undead alone, his face the one that haunts her dreams and beckons them to become nightmares as he kills her - leaves her - rapes her - destroys her everyday as she sleeps. She spent the first hundred years of her existence looking for him, but finally she laid to rest the desire to serve his every want - to please him and now, she's just a vicious killer, no respecter of person in any sense whatsoever.



Lindsay Cramer (Wolf) - 28 (Appears) / 286 (Actuality)

History/Background: Lindsay was born into one of the oldest families of protectors, her father the Alpha of their pack in Berlin. She was his only child and was raised to be a leader regardless of the fact that she might ever really be one. She lost most of her pack in an attack by a coven of vampires they were hunting, the monsters skills beyond anything she'd ever seen or encountered before. She escaped at the command of her father to run as he fell trying to protect her, the image of his last wish burned into the confines of her young mind.

She ran that night and has been running ever sense, never wanting another family nor another friend. Saving her heart from breaking again at the hand of weak human emotions was her main focus until she met Ali and his pack, his body and aggression stealing her and imprinting her to himself within mere days of stumbling upon him. She still fights for her independence from him, their relationship a bit explosive, but they are some of the most skilled wolves in the fight against the dark ones. She focuses most of her energy and efforts on the kill and not the call of her hormones and angst. The image of the vampire that killed her family is locked in her memories and pushes her harder and harder every day. She will find him and when she does, she'll kill everything he ever loved and then bleed him out over the remainder of her long life.

Henri Corneau (Hunter)

History/Background:
Henri was born in Greenland even though his ancestral line takes him back to France. He grew up in a prominent family, a noble family of France, but in Greenland he was just as common as everyone else. He lived a life of peace, imagination and love. He had two close friends while he lived in Greenland, Marcus and Elizabeth. They both were siblings and their father was a brilliant man, one that had many stories of various myths surrounding the ancient world. Deep inside Henri wished that all of this were true, and even more he wanted to be apart of a world just like this, one that would leave him on the edge of his seat at all hours of the night and sense of duty to mankind itself. However when his friends father went missing it tormented, the countless search parties and the a anguish within them had sent them into a state that even Henri couldn't break them out of. And eventually he fell away from the family, but still tried his best to be the friend that they needed.

Henri grew up and managed to travel much of his late teen life. He moved from Greenland and traveled around Europe, searching for the figures that were in the stories of Mr. Hammel. Henri joined a brotherhood where he reached the entitlement of Knight of Jericho. This brotherhood was Freemasonry, however his search for the supernatural took him away from his duties and he had to stand down and pay his dues. But with years of searching and finding nothing, he decided to journey back home and live the life as a boring philanthropist. However he received word from Elizabeth who was in France, about embarking on a quest to find her father...with clues from the journal he left behind. And of course Henri agrees to partake in this world of a mystery, danger and unexpected twist.

Ali Jafari
Age:315/ Appears 32

History/Background:
Ali is a boy of Persian and Israeli descent, coming from a line of of men who have vowed to protect their world from the leeches of this earth. They were wolves of gray fur. Ali was just a regular cub of his pack, his father dying against a vamp and his mother abandoning in hopes of him going to search for her, and leave the pack. However Ali was happy with his pack, even though it pained him to be far from his blood, he was happy with the family that wouldn't leave him. But Ali learned quickly that family didn't mean anything when vampires were in control. During a full moon, a coven had stumbled upon the hunting grounds of the Eastern Star Pack and like most sadistic vampires, they wanted to play. However one vampire, a childish devil, took control of Ali and forced him to devour his pack. He was tormented to death with the death of his pack, the pack he took with his own wolf form. The vampire left him to die with his misery...his guilt, and from that point Ali became a monster to anything that opposed him and threatened his way of life...his security.

Now he was an Alpha, who traveled around the Asia Minor searching for wolves that lost their way, lost sight of who they were as protectors of the night. After traveling and moving into Europe he found more wolves who joined him and he met a lost pup, Lindsay. She was ferocious when he had met her, no emotional ties and only anger to be her guide. But Ali found that connection with her, that anguish, but unexpectedly he had a change of her, learning to accept his pain and fight with his emotions instead of against it. He imprinted on her, falling for her quickly but knowing that she was his. As easy as it is to control her, he wishes her to do as she pleases, but the aggressive nature he has makes him quite the control freak, one that keeps all the wolves in his pack in line.
He met one wolf, a true Alpha that forced him into submission and made him a subordinate. Ali...will take back his pack...sooner or later.

Ari Ben-Artzi
Age:1970/Appears 27

History/Background:
Ari is a beautiful man, vain and prescribed to the thoughts of loving only himself. However in his selfishness he is not cold hearted, he cares for others but not to the point where attachment occurs. He's the kind of man that feels sorry when he know's he can change the outcome of anything. He was a street rat, one that prostituted himself for survival and was quite the catch but an unexpected encounter made him quit. And he became a powerful demon, consuming everything in his path within reason. Unlike most vampires, he has morals and guidelines. He only feeds off humans who have no ties to a family, no children or mothers. He never kills his prey, but he will not let them leave his grip, because he likes to feed on the same person until he is bored of them.

Ari was turned at a relatively old age. He had a family, one that he never appreciated, one he took for granted as his aging through years began as a demon. When he had first turned, the hunger inside him was so strong that he lost sight of who his family was and fed off his wife and two children. Even though he loved them, the demon in the beginning was too powerful. You can say Ari has become less sentimental because he fears that caring for another person will open a doorway for their own demise. The more important fact about Ari is that he was turned by a particular Vamp, one essential in the survival of his kind. Ari was his first, making him quite powerful...but Ari is so stubborn he doesn't realize his potential.

Ari turned a young girl in the heat of passion, his fangs devoured the lust within her soul, and in regret he brought her back. But like Ari, he loses touch of all things and ups and leaves. In his, selfishness, he left her during a war...and lost contact with her never yearning to search for her, until...well everything comes full circle.

As we head into our first 1x1 together I’ve of course been doing extensive research, which means loosely basing things I already know. And now I feel like I have a few ideas that I am just going to put out there, of course we are working together but I’m just listing of some ideas I had. However I think we should totally do something with The Peter/Paul and Judas influence, I love having Judas the originator and the Apostles as protectors of the night! That’s really nice! But anywho, let’s go diving!

So after doing research on Vampires, just a broad term, I realized that Lilith is a central figure due to her being such a tantalizing creature in the myth of her. Really she is a Succubus because she has no true physical body but an astral one. However what is a Succubus but a vampire that feeds of sexual energy and a beings life force, right?

Here I feel Lilith should play her part in the crafting of the Ancient Vampires, or the “Full Breds” if you will. Lilith had sex with men in their sleep and took their semen to give birth to more succubus like her. However they wouldn’t be physical and still remained in a demonic like realm, pretty much place where the spirits of damned creatures go. However she somehow is able to get one of her children into a human body and when they die they ultimately were resurrected as a Vampire. Now you would think that the inner Succubi/Incubi would manifest and take over the body, however since the human’s soul never fully got to depart, instead it fused with the entity and just became a demon in physical form. And that brought what we know as Vampires. However they aren’t like the Ancients because they are a human housing a demonic soul. So a vampires nature is dark, predatorial…it’s a challenge to fight off that urge. And back then Vampires were chosen, most humans were chosen because they were not the greatest of humans and becoming a vampire would be beneficial for the creator because they would have control over them, in a way. Then of course the rules of why and how and such are to be discussed. But that’s just me trying to make everything ancient.

Another thought, just branching off from the more Christian/Judaic theological idea, Werewolves came first, they were chosen by the lord to protect humans from creatures that were hidden from humans. However you find that Werewolves, in the beginning, are extremely dangerous and kill whatever is around them, including humans. But it takes time for them to come to understand humans in their wolf form and protect them consciously. However there were Werewolves who sided with the darkness, wanting a normal life that humans had and were greedy. So the darkness aided them and transformed them into creatures of the night as well, that resembled humans. However they, like their kin, are servants of the moon and the sun is their enemy. They have been mortal enemies, related yet distant from one another. Certain symbols harm them because of the magical properties it has or is imbued with. Such as a cross, not all crosses work though…an atheist doesn’t believe in the power of the lord so they won’t be protected by the almighty.
However I do think Ghouls should also should be implemented, the servants of Vampires because they are high off the blood of the vampires. They are disgusting, period-esque creatures that are a little stronger than humans due to the enhancement of blood but becoming a ghoul takes time and most were just humans that became addicted to the blood of vampires.

But anyway that was a little rant, felt I needed to get that out. I totally want to hear your ideas in depth, I just wanted to get some shit out there, look like I’ve been busy. I really want to know rules of the vamps and weres and whatever will be in this world, but also I want to know what seniority gives you, the longer you’ve been around what abilities do you gain and all that fun crap, adds a dynamic and hierarchy in a way. Might add things to make our characters a bit more…tense.

I'm going to try and take what you've included here and mold into my original thoughts of the disciples. I think this will work. You know... Adam's first wife was Lillith in some theological texts... so what is we spin the story like you have it, but lets say that when she was rejected from the garden and God created Eve instead, her anger and hatred of all things good burned her soul and changed the woman she was. Let's say she was rejected from the garden for not coming under Adams domain and not allowing him to use her body for procreation or pleasure - no sex.

So when she was kicked out - just to turn the tables on the living creature of Gods perfect creation, she moved to an astral plane with no true physical body, but became the thing she abhored most - a succubus. As we all know, a succubus is really just a vampire that feeds of sexual energy and a beings life force.

That being the case, Lillith will play her part in the crafting of the Ancient Vampires, or the “Full Breds”. However... she somehow slipped into the library of the heavens, the payment being great to do so, but she found and read the book of life, hand picking Judias Iscariot from Christ's disciples to lay a seed of doubt and plant the sin of greed and lust within. She would strike God at the heart of his most precious possession - Jesus. After working to plant the seen of ultimate sin within Judus, a ressurection seed if you will, upon his death (hanging himself in Potters field), he was buried as like Christ he rose from the dead. Ahhhh... but he did not raise up as a man, but Lillith's first born vampire.


Still working through the rest... But - Let's have God pull together Peter and Andrew after the resurrection of Christ and the rebirth of Judas, the dead sea scrolls having the history of this transformation between humanity on monstrosity listed in detail in its pages. The agreed to become whatever God needed them to in order to protect mankind and even moreso the church. God pulled forth within them the rage of the beast that lay within all of us - the moon beckoning them to release all they were intended to be - a worthy adversary to the children of Lillith.
