In the land of Fiore,Each Year there is an annual competition where participating guilds compete for the title of being the strongest Magic guild in all of Fiore. Additionally, the winning guild gets a 30,000,000.The competition is held in a large arena called the Domus Flau, which is located on the west mountains in the capital of Fiore, Crocus It has chains from four different corners that attach it to the ground. Above each chain, there is a statue of a person with a staff that extends inside the arena.So your goal is to win the grand magic games by gaining points per event.Grand Magic Games consists of many events such as Naval battle,hidden,1x1 match,etc..

So there will be 7 groups/Guild..

Diana's Arrow
Crafts an ice bow and one single made Ice arrow, she draws it and fires it at her enemy, piercing them immensely.

Rabbit's snowball
Creates small miniature Ice pellets, sending them at high flying speeds at the opponent, creating either tiny cuts or gashes.

Ballad of the Ice Goddess
Charlie will create her signature weapon, an ice staff with a lantern on one end, and a spear on the other. She will then firstly, whack the opponent on the head with the lantern, then use her spear end to stab or cut the opponent.

Ice Rose Garden
Charlie will coat her hands with a special ice, then slam the hands into the ground, creating huge ice spikes that damage the opponent greatly.

Ice Dragon Riot
Charlie will coat her hands in ice once more, and slam them into the ground. Two twin dragons, Glacies and Nives (Latin for Ice and Snow) Will appear, and ram into the opponent.

Ice Death Scythe
The user creates a giant scythe made out of ice and jumps into the air. When the user is in the air, they swing it at the opponent for increased momentum.

Ice Cold Excalibur
The caster forms an extremely large broadsword out of ice for melee combat. The weapon is sharp and durable, similar to metal, and its slashes are capable of trailing large amounts of ice in its wake, which can damage the opponent.

Ice Shield
The user creates a large shield in front of them that shields everything behind it.

the user produces a large stream of fire from each of their arms, which, when it comes in contact with the foes, burns them and at the same time sends them flying away behind them due to the blunt force of the produced fire.

Fire Dragon's Sword Horn:

The user engulfs their entire body in flames and then propels themselves against the opponent at high speed, hitting them with a powerful headbutt. The user then proceeds to send the enemy flying up in the air with a pillar of fire produced from their body.

Fire Dragon's Crushing Fang:

The user ignites one of their hands and then swings it in an arc, striking the target with their finger tips, leaving a flurry of flames in their wake

Fire Dragon's Flame Elbow:

The user creates intense, bursting flames from their elbow, boosting the striking power of the corresponding arm, which they then use to strike the target

Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade:

The user ignites their arms and generates long torrents of flames from them, which move to hit the enemy in a spiraling formation. Each connecting strike seems to generate a powerful, burning explosion

Crimson Lotus: Phoenix Blade:

While in Dragon Force, the user covers their entire body with the golden fire granted by the Flame of Rebuke and then propels themself toward the target at an incredible speed, leaving behind a long wake of flames, and hitting them with a devastating headbutt

Weaknesses: Becomes very weak and vulnerable after the use of one of her advanced spells. It can also result in her not being able to move at all.

You're right,there is no ice dragon slayers but I think we can invent such things to make things cooler...but I think her powers are like gray's..ice make magic...
