Sit down with them and tell them that it is completely and utterly impossible for you to go to that camp. You simply don't have the time. It's not going to happen. Ask them if they have any alternatives and if they don't or refuse to accept, go look for another job on your own and hope for the best. But your paper beats your parents' wishes.

I have to second this.

Explain to your parents that you do enjoy working at the camp and that, if this paper wasn't going to be a factor, you'd work there in a heartbeat (which may soften them up a bit if you play it like it makes you just as upset that you won't be there as they apparently are), but school has to come first. This is your future you're talking about, not just something else you'd rather be doing on a whim.(Instead of working at the camp.) It may be rocky for a while, but they'll come around eventually.
