I'm a bit confused. My character's parents are Hawkeye and Black Widow, while yours is Captain America and Black Widow....I had mine all planned out in the interest check, and I did post my CS first. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, I was just wondering.

Powers: superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, and resistance to physical injury, hearing, sense of smell, and sight

Abilities: survival skills are comparable to a master survival expert, and he excels in hand to hand combat.

Weaknesses: high-pitched sounds cause him extreme pain, and brighter lights effect him more then others would, he is killable, and he has a lack of knowledge about any form of technology

Bio: He was born to William Grant Nelson, the son of Tigra. He never met his mother. His mother died shortly after childbirth, leaving him in the care of his father. His father and him remained in the forest, learning all he needed to. When he was twelve, he set out on his own. His tiger blood made him mature at the age twelve. He has looked to be around nineteen for six years. His growing process seemed to stop stopped at the age of twelve, but his teeth grow longer each year. He hasn't heard much from his father after he left, and the human part of him wishes that he could see him, but his tiger part doesn't care.

Appearance:
Normal - William has a muscular, athletic yet sleek build to him. He has orange with black striped fur over his entire body. His hair his kept the same length as his fur, his hair being orange as well. The fur on his shoulders, neck, and around his face is lightly shaggy, the show of a slight mane on him. He has bright green eyes with vertical pupils. He has a slight muzzle, but it only sticks out a half a inch but enough to be noticed. He his canines are about two inches long, and the rest of his teeth are slightly more sharper. His mouth has changed to where he can have all his teeth inside his mouth without risking harming himself. He has retractible claws in both of his hands and his feet the claws a inch and a half long. He has a long tail as well. While among friends, he doesn't hide what he is, normally only wearing shorts specially made to allow his tail out. But when in public for normal cases, he has on a hoodie with the hood up to hide his face, pants, gloves, sunglasses. Trying to hide what he is so people don't freak out, but it is hard.

Density Manipulation- His altered DNA allows him to manipulate density of his body's molecular structure. By manipulating it, he can defy the laws of physics and change his molecular density without harm. With this ability, he is able to make his body completely intangible or make his body super densed. He can also phase/super dense other people and objects as well by touching them:
Intangibility- Jesse can throw off the density of his own molecular structure making him intangible, thus he is able to pass through solid matter by passing his atoms through the spaces between the atoms of the object through which he is moving. In this way he and the object through which he is passing can temporarily merge without interacting, and each is unharmed when Jesse has finished passing through the object but can still be affected by electrical fields and not be able to pass through it. He is only able to "Phase Out" for the length of time he can hold his breath. Also, if this form is held too long, he may not be able to Phase solid again, as his molecules will lose cohesion, and they will literally cease to exist.
Imperviousness- Jesse has the ability to increase the mass of his molecular structure to the point that he becomes completely immune from physical penetration. Also, this state gives him superhuman physical strength, invulnerability to pain, energy-based attacks and telepathic intrusions. But leaves him slow so they can't run or walk the same speed as they would in their main state. Jesse is only able to "Mass Out" for the length of time he can hold his breath. When in this form, he is vulnerable to weapons that affect his nervous system.

Bio:
Jesse Rasputin is the son of Kitty Pryde and Piotr Rasputin. To everyone, they are known as Shadowcat and Colossus. After Jesse was born, his parents suddenly went missing and he was in the care of a trained Assassin and friend of his parents. Growing up, he never got to meet his parents but held a grudge that they left him. From adolescence his guardian trained him to be an Assassin just like him. At first he was opposed to this idea, but he knew when Jesse grew up he would need a way to defend himself. So from then on, his skills progressed over time allowing his body to become at it's peak condition with good agility and reflexes. One thing the Assassin did not like was guns, and taught Jesse the art of knife fighting and using knives to kill for self-defense. His guardian told him that he was the best he's ever seen with an edged weapon. During the course of his childhood, his powers progressed as well. His powers were like a mix of both of his parents without his skin turning into metal like his dad.

At the age of 17, Jesse had met the love of his life. A boy named Steven who he cared about more than anything. When he turned 18, he decided he wanted to marry his partner and be with him for life. While in a wedding chapel along with his guardian and all of his close friends, armed men in black came in and massacred everyone, including his fiance and guardian. Jesse was caught off guard and beaten down to nothing and was shot in the side of the head. However this didn't kill him and he was in a coma for 2 years. When he awoke, flashes of his memories came back and he remembered what had happened. His rage built inside of him and he escaped from the hospital he was kept at. For 6 months, he got his body back in order and trained to find his killers. Soon enough, he tracked down every last one of his attackers and killed them all. Before he killed his last attacker, he found out that they knew where his parents were and they were linked to their disappearances. Now at age 21, he still seeks out his parents and those that took them with a vengeance.

In the midst of searching for his parents, he turned into a vigilante of some sort, helping the victim and punishing the wicked. Other heroes seemed to have heard of him and dislikes the way he goes about his ways of killing the criminals instead of turning them in. Him being a trained Assassin has him hardwired to take out his opponent indefinitely.

In his costume, he wears a long sleeve black underarmor shirt with a sleeveless black hoodie over it. The hoodie has a snake on the back of it. For bottoms, he wears black skinny jeans with black combat boots. On his pants he has several rows of throwing knives, with his two main fighting knives one in each boot. To finish it off, he wears black gloves, black aviator shades, and metal cuffs around his wrists.

He received his codename Viper from his guardian because of his quick and lethal movements.

Strong Telekinetic powers (Used as a last resort, though not on par with Telekinetics like Jean Grey, he can huck large, heavy objects with relative ease, and can super-condense the air around him to create barriers of sorts, he can also use this power to improve the power in his punches and kicks.)
moderate telepathic abilities (He can read minds, converse with people telepathically, and keep most other Telepaths with the same level of power as his out.)

Peak human physical condition (He has spent many years constantly training and honing his body to be as perfect as humanly possible.
Expert Marksman (after receiving a skill imprint from Madam Webb, he has gained expert levels of marksmanship with most firearms and throwing knives, he is also Ambidextrous.)
Expert Pilot (is fully versed in the use of most aerial vehicles.)
Interrogation Expert (Thoough most of the time, getting information is done using his telepathy, but with some target's, it's a little harder. Though he is quite creative with his interrogation techniques, he is also fully versed in the classics, such aswaterboarding, electrocution, suffocation, sleep deprivation, starvation etc.)
Demolitions Expert (He knows exactly how much explosives is enough, and how much is too much.)
Master Martial Artist (is fully versed in Nash Ryu Jujutsu, Ninjutsu, Shorin-Ryu Karate, Hwarang Do, and Chin Na. he is also a capable knife-fighter)
Extra-ordinary Pain tolerance (It takes a lot of pain to make him pass out, or even so much as scream in pain.)

Weaknesses:

Apart from his armored chest, he isn't bullet proof, same goes for stabbing and all that other stuff.
He follows any order given to him by Madame Webb. Even if it is to the determent of himself and the team.
Most super powered beings could easily overpower him.

Bio: Not much is known about his early life, except that he was orphaned under circumstances that he no longer remembers, found at the age of 4, he was taken by Madame Webb and trained to be her Attache, normally she would simply use anyone she could use her Telepathic powers to re-write the minds of, but decided that having a servant who isn't fighting you every step of the way is much better. He can also act without constant supervision.

As it so happened, one of the many heroes she monitored had finally lost their battle with old age and passed away, before he did so, Madame Webb managed to create a mental copy of his entire skill set and implanted them into the brain of her new attache, she named him, Redback, she also managed to telepathically activate the Mutant Gene he possessed so that he would have more time to practice with his powers. Redback has since been serving as her personal operative. He has also served S.H.I.E.L.D. in several cases, working mainly alongside a long-time ally to Madame Webb, Spider-Woman.

Extra: He carries a pair of Pistols. They were created specially by Stark Industries by a man who no longer remembers his making them. They can fire most projectiles, Bullets, taser rounds, Shotgun shells, Web bombs, Grappling hooks, grenades, energy blasts, etc. The inside of the guns have small replicators that create the bullets just before firing and run off of small ARC reactors.

He does not like having to use his Telekinesis, as he prefers using his physical skills in order to keep himself honed. So his powers are used as Necessity demands. Or unless Madame Webb orders him to use them.
