This role play will not in fact involve any of the canon characters. At best there may be some mention of the events that took place in the books, but for now please don't expect there to be anything involving Draco or the like. It will perhaps require a partner with a knowledgeable background of the Harry Potter world specifically the magical community and world beyond Hogwarts. The character my partner would be a female auror so there will be an amount of action. The beginning of the role play will indeed start at the famous school, but quickly have our characters moving further and further away from the school.

This role play would have a witch auror teaming up with a witch hunter. I understand that the books never say there is such a program, but the fact that the Prime Minister of England knows that there is a magical community he would put together contingency plans and one of those would be a way to combat those with magical abilities. Since its creation the witch hunter program slowly began to work more and more with the magical community after it was clear keeping them separate was the best way to protect them both.

In honor of the mutual struggle to keep them separate the two sides have elected to ‘trade’ several of its staff to help work with the other side. Muggle law enforcement was keen to get the help of the ‘wizards’ whom they were told were simply criminology experts who almost magically were able to capture criminals they were sent after. On the other end muggles who had been specially trained and equipped to fight dark wizards were sent to the Auror Office. The first one has been sent over and will be partnered up with the female Auror.
