    (IC) Pokemon - Utopia Project

    ~Chloe Suicard Durant~

The Young woman looked ahead as she set out from her home. She had already completed the pleasantries of saying goodbye to the few friends she had and the family shew grew with. And Just a few days before having gotten her Grass Voucher. She was set to begin her journey. She was happy, and at this moment, she felt like nothing could hold her back. She smiled as she broke into a sprint heading toward the forests of the grass sector. She knew her first destination was the Flying sector as she had heard about it from her friends, that it was beautiful and amazing. And infinitely better than the grass sector. Though, that's probably because the grass sector is normal to them, and the flying sector is new and exciting.

It wasn't much longer until the sun faded out of sight, its light only dotting through the thick forest canopy as she entered into the forest. She began rummaging through her bag as she pulled out her camera, taking a few snapshots and then letting the camera rest around her neck. She continued walking through the forest before she began to notice that that there was life crawling all about. "Thats a Simisage and that, that was a Bug of some sort..." She muttered to herself, pointing as the pokemon she couldn't identify shot out of view. Her adventure had began, and there were infinite more moments to be had. But as for now, she continued on.

Drake scrambled as he collected the last of his belongings into his bag. He had forgotten to pack the night before and now he was running late, not unusual for him. He grabbed his laptop and charger, shoving them into his backpack, hurriedly zipping it and hurling it onto his back. "Sindri, wake up. We're late already," he called to his still sleeping pokemon. The pokemon jumped awake looking around the room for what was making the noise. "Come on buddy." With that the small pokemon rushed across the room with startling speed, jumping onto Drake's arm before running down it, attaching itself to his left wrist. Drake flung the door of his room open, running down the hall and jumping down the stairs to the first floor. His father heard him rushing through the house, turning and tossing him a bottle of fresh water as he hit the bottom of the stairs. Drake caught the bottle and grabbed his Electric Voucher form the table next to the stairs. "I'm off dad, see you later," he called as he threw open the door to the apartment rushing through into the apartment building beyond.

He rushed to the stair well, taking the steps three at a time. He passed several other tenets, almost knocking some of them over, apologizing as he ran by. He hit the ground floor, booking it past the the doorman and out onto the street. He then made a mad dash toward the train station, hoping that he would make it in before the train left. He rushed through the streets passing people and pokemon as he went. The streets were busy, but he knew once the sun set the city would be much more crowded, that's why he had got a ticket for a train during the day. He rushed into the station, making it onto the train seconds before the doors closed. "Phew...we made it Sindri." He took a seat, taking his laptop out of his backpack and opening a map of Utopia. Sindri moved from his wrist to his shoulder and watched as Drake worked. "You see that," He said to the small pokemon pointing out the water sector, "that's where we are going." The train would take to the edge of the Electric sector, from there they would walk. It was time to see the rest of the utopia and pokemon that he had read so much about over the years.

    Allen and Arr-chan.

Allen walked on down the path next to Arr-chan "Bye Mom! Bye Dad! Bye Avo-chan! Bye Kri-chan!" He yelled turning his torso to wave to his parents, all four of them. Well to be fair it was only his father and mother and their two pokemon: Avogel His mother's Skarmory, and Kriegar his father's Metagross, both of which were female in gender. His parents and their pokemon waved on as he turned back towards the road, starting on his journey. He had already gotten his steel voucher a couple days ago, and had gotten ready prior to that. As he left the village he made his way down the only path out of the village, a path between a correlation of mountains. The path was wide enough for an Aggron to make walk through comfortably.

Allen walked along popping marshmallows into his mouth like popcorn, every so often he would drop one down for Arr-chan to eat. Allen stopped in his tracks and looked ahead on the path spotting something not all too uncommon in the Steel Sector. Crossing the path he watched a group of Shieldons and Bastiodons make their way down the side of one mountain and up the other. After the last of the large group had made their way across the path he looked down at Arr-chan speaking to her "Lets go Arr-chan!" He exclaimed as he took off down the path once again.

Viviane swatted at her father's Emolga as he flew around the house, being a bit of a pest. She was frying up some bacon in the kitchen, and he was shooting small electrical bolts out to create crackling sounds. "Get outta here, you silly thing! I'm trying to make Dad some food for when he gets back. You know he was only going out for a little bit; he'll be back soon." she giggled a little, and looked over her shoulder as she heard a faint "Muuuuuud!" coming from over her shoulder. "Hold on Waverider, I'll come see what you want me to look at in a second, I'm almost done.

She was used to being pestered by these two day in and day out, and waiting for her dad to come back from his job. She had her own 'job' in a part of the wetlands that she biked to every other day, but today was her day off, so she had decided to stay home and see if she could find something productive to do around the house. Her and Waverider were stuck with her Dad's Emolga because he wasn't allowed at work; though cute, cuddly, and over all non-threatening, he was an electric type, and was a bit of a prankster. That wouldn't do in one of the many resorts, that were in the water sector, nor where her dad worked. Vivi was alright with that though; she liked the little Emolga, and wished that someday she might actually get to meet another one, and maybe even befriend her own. She smiled at the thought. Despite the fact that she was a tom-boy, and didn't mind hard work and getting dirty, she did like having companions, and was very attached to her current one; Waverider.

Finishing up the bacon and transferring it to the plate she had set next to the stove, she poured the oil into a can on the stove and moved the pan to the sink to deal with later. Her hair was all pulled up into a ponytail, a bit more restricted than it normally was. A few strands were loose, like normal, and she wiped the back of her hand across her forehead. The kitchen was a little warm after her cooking, and hearing more: "Muuuuuud!" in the background, she shook her head and laughed a little, turning to head to the living room. "Yeah, yeah, I'm coming Waverider, I'm coming!" With the Emolga following her through the air, she walked into the living room and found Waverider sitting next to the small coffee table, that was covered in an adornment of items. Her dad was on the couch, and wrinkles around his eyes crinkled as he grinned at her.

    "Vivi."

    Anthony (Ant) Walker

"Specimen appears to prefer naturally growing fauna for sustenance over manufactured, though that doesn't determine which is necessarily the more nutritious."

Antony flicked off the voice recorder and went back to watching Nincada tuck into a berry, the small bug pokemon was blissfully unaware of its master's observation. He'd caught it only a few days ago and while not exactly disobedient, per-say, instructions were certainly quite low on Nincada's priority's. That was fine though, he had a detailed plan for dietary conditions and a training regime that would soon make him a bug to be reckoned with, for now though he was content to just enjoy Bug Sector forests for one last time. The ticks and chirps of numerous insects sounded all about them within the dense grove; Ant breathed it in. The smell, the sights, the sounds, this was what he was fighting for, why he became a bug catcher. It deserved recognition.

The bug voucher say rather smugly on the side of his wide brimmed hat, he'd been making his way towards the Psychic sector for the past two days now after leaving the village, preferring to move off the beaten track when he could. He'd done his best not to think about home, he'd been away for longer sure, but this trip had more of a feeling of finality to it... Anthony's trail of thought was broken as Nincada finished the last of its berry, he watched intently as the small pokemon scuttled up the nearest tree in search of another. Bug Pokemon were considered weak, he'd seen that first hand and it riled him inside, but maybe he could use that assumption to his advantage in his journey. There was a rustling above his head and Ant looked up as it happened a second time, this time louder. "Nincada?" A shape dropped from one of the branches further away and he had just enough time to reach out with his net and catch the bug pokemon before it could hit the floor.

Anthony let out a sigh of relief as he hoisted the net towards him, then a puzzled expression crossed his face as he saw Nincada scuttle down the tree, fast. Ant turned his head bemused to see a Kakuna blinking at him from inside the net and looked up as he heard a low buzzing building from up in the tree. Wiping his glasses he could just start to make out something up above. Ant wasted no time launching the now glowing Kakauna away before hightailing it after the increasingly distant Nincada. The voice recorder flicked back on as it hit the floor and picked up the sound 'Beedrill' repeated angrily multiple times moving into the distance.

"Nyaa~ Is there something wrong, Desmud?" Meowzie asked as they were walking down the dirt roads of the Normal Sector, nothing was too unusual; the Miltanks were in the fields, the Tauros were running free. And as usual, Meowzie got his name wrong. "Not really, Meowzie. I just can't believe i'm leaving. Think about all the other sectors out there and types of pokemon." He replied, his Normal Voucher in hand. He found the Voucher to be more of a memory to an idol of his; the Normal Sector Gym Leader; Erin. "There's a lot of them~!" Meowzie chimed, the pink ribbon on her tail blowing in the gentle winds. Desmond had got it for her as a token of friendship; and it did make her look quite adorable. "That's true, and we're going to see them all! Starting with the Electric Sector!" He announced, running ahead. Meowzie wasted no time running after the surprisingly tall teenager.

"Do we have to run?! I thought this would be a peaceful stroll, Nyaa~!" Meowzie yelled, she was just being lazy; it was fairly easy to keep up with her trainer, but she wanted to walk. Desmond began to slow down, laughing quietly to himself as Meowzie slowed down beside him. "Sorry, Meowzie. I guess i got carried away..." He admitted, causing his pokemon to giggle as she walked on all-fours. "Thank you~" She squeaked, skipping along happily. Although the Tauros were quite annoying. Meowzie turned her head and glared at them. "Shuddap!" She demanded, stopping in her tracks as one of the Tauros stopped and stared at her. A single drop of sweat went down her face, and Desmond stopped a few steps ahead to turn and ask what was wrong. He too noticed the large Tauros, and gulped. "M-Meowzie..." He stuttered, the Tauros looking ready to charge. "Nyaa~?" She seemed to fall back into her original Pokespeak at some points. He didn't waste time after she spoke to run off, heading away from the Tauros as it charged at them. "Run!"

Treena woke from her nap on the road and yawned. She rolled over to see that Tito was either sleeping or laying drowsily. She smiled, standing. "Hey, furball, wake up," she said, shaking her. The Deino perked up, feeling the touch of the family leader, and stood, yawning. Treena saw her yawn and chuckled. "You waking up finally?" she said, smirking. She pulled her hat down, making it snug, and smirked. It was a new day in the Dark sector, and she was free from her clingy family. She stretched, making sure her rope and poke balls were set, grabbed her bag of pokefood, and looked outward. "Ready?" she asked Tito. Tito perked up. "Dein!" she said to her. Her goofy face was a stark contrast to the serious looking tomboy in front of her.

Treena looked out over the road, the Dark sector's gloomy environment feeling like home to her. She liked the dark, and used it to her advantage. She was glad Tito was somewhat useful, not entirely blind to everything. Plus she just looked a little goofy. She started walking, Tito following her somewhat closely as she couldn't see.

Treena got distracted, and immediately Tito was gone. She had heard something interesting to the side, and immediately ran towards it. Headbutting, she managed to hit a Sableye! Treena heard the thing cry in anger, and she turned. Cursing, she saw what Tito had done, and groaned. It was time for her to fight with her Deino versus this Sableye!

With one last look over his bag, Tyler made his way slowly towards the station. The bag was small, black and had a hole ripped in the middle of it, but it was the best thing he could get his hands on for the moment. Shuppet had managed to find it for him just a few days ago after scaring off a trainer who trailed too far into the Ghost Sector - apparently he got so scared he dropped his bag. Tyler doubted this story, since the bag only had one Pokeball and Revive in it, but Shuppet didn't budge when questioned, so he had accepted it. Now, after freshly obtaining the Ghost Voucher just the previous day, he was finally ready to get out of this dead place, Shuppet safely resting in her Pokeball attached to his belt.

There was a layer of mist in the air as the albino walked, swinging the small bag over one shoulder. The buildings were cruelly silent, seemingly abandoned, but he knew better than that, having grown up in this place. Ghost Pokemon crawled at every corner of the Sector, and even now he could spot a few eyes glowing in the shadows, but none approached. Tyler was too used to the Ghost's pranks to get scared, so they didn't bother. With a small smile, he walked into the station building. Nobody was inside, but there was a ticket machine with spiderwebs glued to it. He inserted a few coins and the machine grunted and creaked, spitting out a ticket for the Grass Sector. Tyler grabbed it and made his way further in until he reached the tracks.

An old, dirtied grey train stood there. Although not a soul was around it, the doors were open. Tyler entered, and a Ghost materialized in front of him. The disguised pokemon reached out a smokey hand, and Tyler handed over his ticket. The misty creature disappeared, and as the trainer sat down on the dusted seats, the doors shut themselves and the train soundlessly came to life as it began to move. Tyler stroked the Pokeball on his belt with a smile. Here we go, Shuppet.

Current Location: Within the borders of the Flying Sector, heading for the Grass Sector.

Cherokee nibbled on Kotone's ear in an affectionate way and tweeted happily. Kotone looked up from his Poketech screen and smiled at the Taillow, sitting on his shoulder. The Flying Type was small enough to sit on his shoulder, which was nice. He was slowly walking down a country road, plotting his course from the map he had on his Poketech screen. The sun was high in the sky and cast a shadow over the dark screen of the Poketech. Kotone used his hand to see the map better. He had only set off that very morning and was still plotting a course on his Poketech. Poketech were a quite old but Kotone didn't mind. He preferred them to the new things. The Flying Types twittered from the occasional roadside trees, the fields accompanying him for the last hour looked beautiful in the summer of the Flying Sector. After a while, however, he was feeling quite peckish, so he flopped down under the shade of a tree and ate the last of his chocolate bar, still studying the Poketech.

((Warning! Grammatically incorrect and casually racist sentences to come! ))

'Well, I'll be!' he said at last, the realisation hitting him like a stack of bricks. Cherokee looked down lazily from the top of the tree and glided down to her owner. She twittered, as if to say 'What is it?'. 'I didn' figure we'd be out a piddlin' distance from home!' he said, sounding quite annoyed at the fact. 'I use ma' noggin', ya know. I has the horse sense! I hear tell the Grass Leader gal is right strong, so we should be a-training!'. Cherokee turned her head, confused. Even her masters way of talking confused her sometimes! 'I be sorry, Cher, gal. I forget you don't speak ma' lingo. I was saying that we should be a-heading to the Grass Sector faster than this. I heard the Grass LEader is stronger than she looks and we need to train you up, ruther than loitering around the Flying Sector! Now, come on! The Grass Sector is just over yonder!'he shouted, stuffing everything into his pack excitedly and jumping to his feet. Cherokee flew into the air with alarm and stayed in the air, flapping her wings. She twittered angrily until she saw Kotone running excitedly down the path and with a tweet of alarm, she flew off after him. She soon caught up to the poorly-spoken teenager and she flew alongside him as he ran down the path. The sound of the monorail about a mile off echoed and suddenly Cherokee was wondering why they didn't just take the train to the Grass Sector but hey, who was a Bird Type to question a Bird Keeper?

Two hours Later, just inside the Grass Sector

"The best place to train would be where we are the most advantageous, seem right Ralts?" He looking to Lydia and giving a nod of agreement. The Fighting Sector was their destination, and finally they reached the open plain of rubble and stone, the landscape had a dusty hue to it and the buildings in the distance seemed to be nothing but ruins. The small girl breathed the air in deep before sensing a disturbance nearby, Ralts teleporting to avoid an incoming attack, it was a Meditite and a strong one at that. She positioned herself before the opponent and Ralts manifested nearby. "Ralts, Calm Mind!" The Meditite watched carefully and sat for a moment preparing with Meditate, levitating from the ground and emitting a deep blue glow. Ralts vanished quickly after, shimmering a white glow for a moment before attacking the Meditite with Confusion. Damaging it greatly before teleporting back to it's trainer, and using Calm Mind again. The Meditite stood it's ground struggling to stand, it's eyes flashed angrily at Ralts and used Hidden Power sending Ralts a great distance back.
"Ralts be careful!" Lydia shouted as Ralts regained it's ground. He vanished again appearing again behind the Meditite and using Confusion once again. It became disoriented, Ralts watching as it spun it's course until the opponent finally fainted. "Nice work, now we need to find some supplies." The Ralts nodded, and Lydia and her partner began to pace through the expanse.
