Bad Influence (Codex+Mercury)

[Mercury]

He looked at char.
"1 year... I can barely remember how long... I barely remember most of it..." he says quietly getting up quietly.
"... we... should go back."

Char followed. It was a clear night, with no raining. Char got up and left with Max.

Max was a little wobbly from the drinking.
"Oh man..." he says quietly.

Char follows just behind. Char, unlike Max, was into smoking. (For fire-type Pokemon the cigarette fumes 'exercise' the parts of the body that make the fire, so unlike for humans it wasn't unhealthy. ) He knew he should stop it and try to make Max stop, but he didn't have the energy, following Max all day to make sure he didn't get in to trouble.

Max finally reached their flat nothing happened on the way other than some shady dealings in some alleyways nearby.
"... ungh my head..."

Max was drunk. Char was slightly drunk too. He lit a cigarette with his tail-flame. it was useful for that. He sat down on the ragged sofa.

Max sat on the chair slipping over a little quietly.
"oh char..." he says quietly.
"I wish everything could be back... to back then... I can't rembmer exactly..." he say sslurrily.
