Name: Mal-Ware the "Ghost of the Machine"
Age: 7
Powers: Capable of taking control of various machines regardless if it's computerized or not, has a form of telekinesis that allows it to put together crude machines or throw things, is technically incorporeal, can stimulate senses remotely (I.e. Illusions), and capable of human-level thinking most of the time.
Look: Mal-Ware doesn't have a definitive appearance, with his physical form ranging from anything to a cellphone to a giant mech. With the right tech, you could "detect" him, but even then he looks like a wisp of some sort. However, when he chooses to physically confront someone, they usually see this.

Hero or Villain: "Villain"
Weapons: Doesn't have any, but it can make it's own with the right materials. The usual form he takes when he confronts people is armed with a napalm-based flame-thrower and a guided rocket launcher. It's also capable of breaking through metal walls and could survive heavy blows, though it's running speed is slower then a human walking. To compensate, it has rocket boosters, for jumping and maneuvering.
Other: No one is very sure who Mal-Ware is, what he really is (A ghost? Some sort of AI? No one knows), why he does what he does, or how he even continues existing. No one is even sure if he's all that malicious, as most of his crimes consist of stealing various machines, and seems to avoid the living. However, he has shown no sign of heroics and never explained his motives (If he can even do so) so for the most part he is a criminal to be captured... Somehow.

Abilities: Although not a experienced shooter, Aaron has been trained to use lethal force with a large variety of weapons. He is quick and agile proving to be almost impossible to outrun for a normal man. The only disadvantage is he is all summed up to be as normal and as weak as your usual guy. Only courage and determination is what makes him stand out like his fellow cops.

Bio: (more To Be Revealed later) Aaron was a good kid at his time but had his fair share of mistakes. He grew up in a small town just not too far from a major city but it was controlled by gangs and families and such. Wanting no part of it, his father later moved the family into the city. Two weeks later he was found dead in his car. He looked up to a older sibling and mother for guidance but what really inspired him was when he was sixteen, and watched a movie called The Boondocks Saints which made him think into finding his contribution to the fight on crime. Of the few years until now, he has never fired a shot but on a fall morning, he had received a graze wound while carrying out a kid stuck in the middle of a kidnapping gone wrong.

Brief Bio: Born in Chicago Illinois, Rose Kings was a girl of high class, her father owning a small branding company that shipped out through America. Her life was full of excitement, Parties every other night, meeting handsome men who would treat her like a goddess. Rose felt like she was on top of the world at a young age. Rose was also top of her class, even though she never got the time to study for tests. But, when Rose was 13, her father went missing, and her brother, kyle became a drug addict, which lead to his death. Rose would be verbally abused and tormented by her mother, blaming her for her husbands disappearance. Rose's social life slowly went down the toilet as well, she attended a lot less parties, and her friends ignored her more. One day, when Rose was about 16, she discovered one of her amazing abilities. It was a rainy Monday afternoon, and Rose got back from another terrible day at School. Where she realized her mother purposely locked her out. Rose frantically searched for the key, looking under the map, on top of the door frame, even on the sides. No luck.

Rose sat on the doormat, waiting for someone to notice her. She leaned against the door, rubbing her hand against her head. She started breathing heavily, sweat beginning to form on her fore head. Rose closed her eyes, Her head felt like it was going to explode. Then, a big 'THUMP' occurred, and Rose opened her eyes, to see herself halfway through the door... Literally. Rose felt like screaming, but if she did, her mom would be furious with her. Rose pondered for a moment, and noticed she could move her legs in and out the door. Rose looked left, then right and then slid her legs out, getting up. She repeated looking left then right, the pushed her hand straight through the door, and grabbing her bag, pulling it in.

A few months Later, Rose came home from school, too see the police at her house, and an officer talking to her mom. She asked the officer. "What's happened?" The Officer looked down. "I'm sorry Ms Kings, your father was murdered...." Rose was utterly heartbroken by the loss of her father. Her heart felt like shattering into a million scattered pieces. Rose wanted in on this investigation. But the Police refused. Due to Rose being super smart, Computers were like hot cakes to her. She pulled out her Windows laptop, and secretly, worked in the shadows under the code name 'chess'. Charlie was absolutely determined to find her fathers murderer, She learned martial arts to defend herself. She was strict on finding the murderer, even if it kills her...
Notes:
1. Charlie doesn't like to get into the battles a lot. She only fights if interrogated by a villian in or out of base.
