Bottomline is... There are humans... The world is full of humans. They go about there everyday lives peacefully.
There are also people with powers. They... Are one of two things:
1) Loved/helped = about 10% of world
2) Hated/hunted = about 90% of world
Whether they are good or bad if they have powers most of the world hates them and want them dead. This is a problem. Even if some people are willing to help it doesn't change that everyone else wants them dead.
They want to just live and do whatever.
Eh... It doesn't really have an exact plot. It's just for fun. Are you a power user? Do you have some insanely powerful power or simply a small power that's kind of fun...
Are you human? Do you like Power users? Or hate them?
It's all about the characters interacting and living... Not much else.
But keep in mind... No speed posting and try to at least put 4-5 sentences per post. When you don't put much detail it's kind of harder to RP.

lol and I just figured I should make this iCheck before I forgot about it. I won't care about what powers people have too much. I plan to have a bit of an over power XD
It's only because if we fight each other as long as we don't power play or anything than it'll be fine. besides it's more about the characters and their lives than the fighting XD

Sounds pretty cool yo! Ill join. Any type of setting is cool but if 90% of people are hated then maybe post apoc? Gives a reason why some are hated.
That's what I was kind of thinking.
But as for hated and loved... Think of it kind of like the mutants in X-Men... Most people don't like them, but it's really because they don't understand or fear them or whatever. And then there are the few who actually understand.
