    I used to live by a swamp. There are many snakes in the water. Even frogs but who knows what happened to them now. Where I come from there are pretty interesting animals. There are lizards that live in the water. I used to have a black bird as a pet. All it ate were bananas. I have relatives that pet weasels and raise pigeons.

    I live in Minnesota, the whole state is a swamp (a very scenic one) and we got lots of water-dwelling critters. Lots of garter snakes too, but they're difficult to catch and not very friendly.

    Snakes are awesome. Whether they are friendly or not I still like them. I just don't go near them.

    Yah, I've been bitten a couple of times.
    Wasn't too bad, at least garters aren't poisonous.
