Bio:
One day, during a storm Jeramey found shelter in Canterbury cathedral. It was empty apart from him and the faint sound of a cricket creaking somewhere nearby. That was when the lightning struck. His body merged with the nearest life-form to him. The cricket. He was transformed into a man-sized cricket. The Priest has chosen to enter the room at this time and witnessed the transformation, claiming it loudly to be a miracle from God. The story reached the news, with people arriving at the cathedral everyday, hoping to catch a glimpse of the creature which "God had created".
Jeramey however felt as if he was living in absolute hell. He hated being called Gods creation, spending most of his time trying to think of scientific reasons why he had changed. He spent the other part of his time helping out with the community, stopping crimes. He became a hero.
During a heroic act gone wrong, Cricket became responsible for the death of a family after failing to save them in time. Guilty he moved to America and more specifically *insert name of chosen city* where he started over.
