Erranruin, have you read Tolkien's books? Because I'm looking at your sig and the words above your picture and I just realized where they're from.

Can you give a basic idea of the kind of post we will be doing? So we are playing gods, would it be a kind of 'The sun god Menelaus took the light from his song and made the sun ect ect'
Or would it be more/ removed style of posting?
Am I making sense?
Also will we start out with a void and gods make the world or do we start out with the world already?

YES
ASDFGHJKL
*ehem*
Yes I have, why do you ask?
Well the way we create it depends on what is discussed in the OOC. We could start with the world already made, and just make the initial post in the IC a summary of how that came to be. Or we could take the first few posts to create the world.

And I ask because I'm a very big Tolkien fan. . .

that probably didn't answer your question. Either way would work, but it depends if we want to summarize it or create it in the IC. . . Now that I think about it, I probably did answer the question the first time.
I think it might be good to get in character if we play Gods trying to work with eachother to create the world from scratch ^^ Always fun

And instantly, we connect on so many levels.
Silmarillion?

Yes I'd say you did. ^^
About sixty pages, it's a very slow read. I read five hundred wpm, and I've been reading it for two weeks.

ah, to the quote

I'm getting off now, I'll be back tomorrow.
Its slow at the start but then it picks up when you start recognizing characters and get into the real story parts of it. Then it becomes gripping. I must have read that book so many times... Me and my mother are both tolkien fanatics so we have long discussions about what this or that could mean. Glorfindel in particular is a really interesting character once you read the Silmarillion.

Me as well, night
I'm going to go and make the OOC, I imagine that more people search through that than this.
