Lidol watched behind her, the light from the cell just enough to notice that Tengwa and a dark elf was following her for now. She did not care about anyone in the party part from Tengwa as it stood right now so after she entered the tunnel Lidol started walking again. Lidol led the way down the tunnel and was just about to create some light with her magic when Aisling did so instead. Lidol scanned the area in front of her as she walked. Despite it being some light from Aisling's torch, Lidol walked just ahead of the light, her back still visible, trying to make her vision adjust to the dark as she always kept one hand on the right wall. That was the basis of any dungeon exploring, always stick to one side, and eventually, you'll get out. If any paths led off to the right, Lidol would follow them until something happened.

Tengwa felt the pull of magic and quickly slapped Aisling's hands. "What the hell are you doing? Do you WANT to get us killed? Smell the air. If you light a fire, chances are, you'll blow us all to the Far Beyond." Tengwa grumbled and began moving along, feeling her way along the wall. The group traveled for about ten minutes until the tunnel came out in a small room lit with only a single candle. The room was empty save for that candle and the equipment of the group. Tengwa grinned and ran to her armor and sword, picking them up and putting them on as fast as she could, which took her about five minutes. As she looked around, she noticed there was no way out of the room except for a single door. Tengwa tested it, but it was locked. "Look for a way out everyone. This door is locked."

“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.”

Wren moved quietly down the passage way, eyes attempting to focus in enough light to at least find a basic outline of the path's walls. One slim hand moved along the rough-hewn wall, when what few shadows she could make out seemed to run together every few feet. The acrid smell of sulfur that hung in her nostrils was smothering and made her head ache, but she fought it back. She could not afford the distraction. Behind her, she could hear the princess scolding Aisling for starting to use her magic in the likely explosive air of the passage. She wondered if the mage actually was trying to use spell fire for light, or if it was just the assumption of Tengwa. Something about that elf didn't seem quite foolish enough to try fire, but she could be wrong. Really, unless she got the mercenary maimed or killed it was of little importance to her.

After a good few minutes the light of a candle reached her straining eyes and gave them rest, as they emerged into a room. The room that held their equipment. The Dark Elf smiled and moved fluidly over to her leather armor and the harness sheaths that held her blades. Swiftly she donned the corset-like jerkin and her bracers and slipped her blades back on to her back with a small, but quite content sigh, before sliding her mildly tattered cloak back around her shoulders. It was then that Tengwa's words caught her attention. She nodded and quickly began examining the room for other ways out, adding, "If there is no other way, perhaps your friend might be able to pick it. It was never my greatest talent, but I do carry pins for when I need them."
