Litus Academy
It was 1992 when the construction of Litus Academy first began on the shores near Thousand Oaks, California. The ownder of the land and the man who began the construction, Patrick Hunt, had aspirations to build one of the best private schools in the country—great academics, athletics, and living. The academy on the coast would offer stunning views of the ocean and food as well as comfortable dorm living as students progress through their high school career.
The year is 2013 now, and you are going to Litus! Whether your rich parents decided to give you an eighth grade graduation present, or they want you to experience they never got to experience, you will be traveling out to California! Perhaps you didn't want to go? Believe me, once you come, as freshman, sophomore, junior or senior, you won't want to leave! ...Or will you?

School RP's... they may be stereotypical and perhaps overrated, but no one ever said they aren't fun!
Also, I'm involved in another RP that involves powers in 'real-life' circumstances (more or less), but please don't think I'm trying to steal/copy anything from it. This principle of having supernatural things in a normal environment has always intrigued me.
Anyways, yes. This is my idea. Some people may not like the idea of adding powers, but I personally think it will add some flair to the experience. I will let you all choose your powers, but I must approve them first. More descriptions about the campus and whatnot will come with the making of the OOC.
Also, not all the students have powers. Just those in Murex Hall (a dorm building)
I actually intend for this to be more of a roleplay without a storyline, leaving the powers and the secrets of Murex hall a mystery. Perhaps, if I feel the need, the students could try to investigate and whatnot. But mostly, I'd just like people to RP as they may.
