Powers: Capable of telepathy, flying, and being invisible when still.
Background: When Amyra was only four years old, her greedy parents had took her to the School to make her more "advanced". Amyra was kept there for twelve years, undergoing multiple awful tests and surgeries. She was sent back to her parents then, but only after they signed a contract saying that Amyra will return anytime they need a test subject. The school injected her with avian DNA and other godawful substances, and made her undergo multiple horrendous tests. Even through all the pain, Amyra feels that it was worth it. She loves the feel of being better... of being stronger... and looks down on humans.

Ultimate Goal: To make herself unbeatable.

Relationships/Attachments: None so far.

Name: Rebecka Nilsson

Age: Around 15 or 16 maybe

Gender: Female

Race: Human-Leporid Hybrid (elfin rabbit)

Description:
She has an average body type, standing at 5’4 and weighing about 100 pounds, lean but not overly muscular, and is naturally pale. Pigment experimentation at The School significantly decreased the melanin in her naturally brown eyes, turning them into a greyish green color. The results also affected her hair, leaving a permanent streak of white in her otherwise brown hair, which is cropped off at her ears.
The only other discrepancy in her appearance is a pair of erect rabbit ears sprouting from her head, one brown and one white, the fur having been affected by the pigment alteration as well. She hides these under her many hats, though she prefers beanies, or better yet, hoodies.
In terms of clothing, anything goes except for skirts, since she jumps quite a bit. She also takes a liking to steel-toed combat boots, as they do a pretty decent job of protecting her feet when she kicks.

Personality:
Since her vocal chords were damaged during her time in The School, rendering her mute, she generally comes off as shy and isolated. In truth, she’s very friendly, and has a naturally gentle and curious nature. However, when she becomes agitated or feels threatened in any way, she can become mean and unsociable, prone to snapping at people (both technically and sometimes literally), lashing out whenever she is startled.

Powers:
She has undergone various alterations to her physical body.

• She can see better than most in lowlight conditions, though the picture is grainy, and she is also farsighted (gets frequent headaches due to eye strain).
• She has a slightly heightened sense of smell, and an excellent sense of hearing, which is very sensitive, so hats tend to help muffle overwhelming daily noises.
• The muscles in her legs are incredibly strong, which allow her to jump up to ten feet off the ground (though that is a personal one time record), and deliver fairly powerful kicks.

In terms of specific powers, she has only developed empathy, which she has trouble controlling. She has a strong affinity for ecological empathy, though she can never ‘turn it off’, so whenever something is not natural (i.e. trees being cut down, poaching, etc.), she becomes agitated or even frenzied.
Other than this, she has small miscellaneous abilities that come along with it:

• A primitive level of combat intuition
• Vaguely sense the presence of other people (she can feel mutants more strongly)
• Lie detection, though she can’t pick out what the lie is
• Ability to ‘send’ her feelings to others as well, though sometimes she does it regardless of whether she wants to or not, usually when she is distracted or frightened.

Though it is advantageous at times to be able to read and mirror the emotions of others, she can become overloaded when too many people are around. Her greatest wish is to master empathic healing, in which she can take the pain of another person’s wound into herself, or create empathic links, but she has not yet shown any signs of developing either skill.

Background:
She was abandoned as a newborn in Sweden, and found by a young woman, who reluctantly took Rebecka under her care. She named the child, and took care of her, but life was hard enough just supporting herself. Eventually, she grew desperate, and sought out help, which came in the form of an American man with a deal to offer her -- the equivalent of 100,000 American dollars for the child in her care. While the woman was upset by the turn of events, she turned the child over, thinking it for the best.
Rebecka was brought to America at a ripe young age of three years, and admitted to The School. There she was kept and experimented on, as a human-leporid hybrid, her DNA having been infused with that of a rabbit of her home country. She has also been the unlucky victim of several smaller experiments involving pigmentation and vocal range, which has left her with more than a few odd traits and the loss of her voice.

Other:
She is crepuscular, like her bunny counterpart, so she is most active during the twilight hours, with a tendency to both wake up early and stay up late, snatching bits of sleep in between.
She is fluent in American Sign Language, but always carries a notepad and a pencil around with her as well.

Ultimate Goal/Motivation: Simply to live a normal life with a family made of close friends.

Name: Matthew "Matt" F. (Doesn't remember last name except for last initial)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Powers: Increased speed, and power/muscle strength. He can see excellently in the dark and is resilient to severely cold weather. (black-furred Eraser)
Personality: He likes to create this annoying, badass image of himself on the outside and can certainly act like it whenever he needs to, but he doesn't believe that's his true nature. He can get kinda cocky and mischievous. He will try to take a bite out of you (figuratively), but not necessarily because he hates you with every fiber of his being; most times he would just think the reaction would be hilarious. He works very well with groups, but would never admit to it. He usually works/fights/survives alone but secretly he wishes that to change; he's very lonely. He can be active at all hours of the day and will be ready for anything at anytime. If you get to know him and he thinks you're worth it, he is extremely loyal and protective.
Background: He was orphaned when young and worked hard to keep him and his younger brother safe on the streets of downtown Chicago. He found the School and thought he would somehow be able to change his life and his brother's life for the better by altering himself. When he came out, and saw who he really was, saw how he was changed physically and emotionally, he fled. At first, he felt so ashamed that he couldn't face his brother. Now, all he wants is to find him again and protect him until the end of time. Was very introspective before the School and cared for only people who he was close to or trusted. He was quiet, minded his own business, and hated conflict. He was a good guardian for his brother, but he was still a kid, and couldn't offer much. He was an honest person and tried setting an example of being a good person, he would always say that that would get them out of the mess they were in. He gave up that notion when he went to the School.
Ultimate Goal/Motivation: To find his brother and convince him to accept him as he is, not as a monster.
Relationships/Attachments: He tries not to make any, because it hurts him deeply when he leaves them. But he longs for a real relationship with someone that will last.

Name: Suzanne (Suzie) Labelle

Race: Human-Canid Hybrid (French Spaniel)

Description:
She is noticeably tall, though not unnaturally so, standing at about 5’7 or 5’8, and weighing roughly 120 pounds. She has a toned frame with well-developed muscles, a result of constant exercise, and she is not afraid to show them off. She prefers it actually, wearing sports bras and running shorts at every chance she gets.
Her hair feels soft and dense to the touch, and feathers at the ends, like the fur on the ears of a Spaniel. It always tangles, so she often pulls it back into a ponytail in order to avoid having to brush it. She has it dyed blonde on a regular basis, as it now mimics the coloration of a French Spaniel’s coat, being white with brown markings. Her eyes are a bright blue-green hue, which stand out starkly against her complexion. She has noticeably sharper canines than the typical human and claw-like nails that she has to clip on a regular basis. She can usually be seen in any kind of sports attire and an old pair of running sneakers that she refuses to throw away or replace.

Personality:
She has a naturally sardonic and cynical personality, but as long as you don’t get on her bad side, she is friendly and outgoing. She can be sharp with her words, but isn’t naturally aggressive. Once someone has won her trust, she forms a strong bond with them, and will do nearly anything for them. Once you get on her nerves though, she has a dangerously short temper that often gets her into trouble.

Powers:
She has several physical alterations and enhancements as a result of the canine hybridization.

• Enhanced levels of endurance, speed, strength, and agility.
• Her physical capabilities are incredible, and are quite useful when utilized correctly. Unfortunately, with her short temper and slight anger management issues, they can also be nearly fatally dangerous, as she is having trouble learning to control herself.
• Her appearance will change noticeably when a large amount of adrenalin enters her blood stream. She will look more dog-like, though she doesn’t fully morph into an animal; her canines and claws will lengthen and sharpen, she will become significantly furrier, and her physiology will change just enough to allow her to adequately move around on all fours.
• A heightened sense of smell and a natural hunting instinct gives her the ability to track people and objects over great distances.

Over the years, she has slowly developed one power: electricity manipulation.

• She is able to absorb, conduct, and in some cases, generate electricity.
• She is unable to create electric bursts, but can absorb or generate her own electricity and severely injure anyone that comes into contact with her by charging them with electrical currents.
• She prefers to use this power offensively when she is around objects that have a steady flow of electricity, like power lines, as it is less tiring than trying to generate her own supply.
• She always has a low current running through her, which causes problems for her on a regular basis, like shocking people, shorting out electronics, and having things occasionally stick to her.
• If she charges a wound with electricity, it will accelerate the healing of cells, though this does not apply to severe wounds.
• When fighting with a blade, she increases its sharpness by using electricity to create vibrations.
• Her energy levels tend to reflect her electricity levels, so she sometimes finds herself having to manually recharge using an outlet, which she is embarrassed to reveal.
• When faced with electrical resistant material, like rubber or silicate, she becomes virtually useless, stripped of both energy and strength.
• She has been known to short circuit if she is doused with water when she is not focusing, causing her to greatly dislike activities involving large amounts of water, like swimming and even bathing.

Background:
Her story is nearly identical to Rebecka's. She was born in France, to an underage mother that was unable to support her, and was given to the orphanage. When advocates of The School visited Europe, they 'adopted' her quite easily. She was sent over to America aboard the same ship as Rebecka, which was where they first met and befriended each other. At The School, they remained in the same program, both having hailed from Europe. As a result, their bond only strengthened, and the two were things that kept each other alive, Suzie gaining a protective instinct and taking Becka under her wing like a younger sister, while Becka provided companionship as well as mental and moral support.


Other:
She hates being mistaken for an Eraser, or even compared to one. She sees herself as a more refined canine hybrid and the Erasers as primitive brutish bunch, often calling them mutts.

Ultimate Goal/Motivation: To protect those that she cares about, and destroy The School system.

Relationships/Attachments: Other than Becka, none so far.

Name: Estol AKA Eyes

Age: Looks to be about 17

Race: Human-Piscine

Gender: Male

Powers:
Experiments done to him as a child have left his sight damaged. 90% of the time, Estol is completely blind; the other 10% gives him improved vision--he can note exact details of objects at least 1000 feet away when focused.
His reactions are timed perfectly due to several optical receptors on his legs, arms, back, and neck that are alert at all times--unfortunately, they do not perceive light in the same form as eyes.
Gills on the back of his neck allow him to breathe underwater.

Personality: Estol isn't the social butterfly, but enjoys company. After his years of living, he is neither satisfied nor frustrated. He has goals that keep him going; he was programmed for determination.

Backround:
Life.
It can suck.
And it can be the most confusing thing ever.
Right now? It is definitely both.
I don't know how to sum up my entire life, but I guess it doesn't hurt to try. My "birth" (can I call it that?) was no accident. Everything about me was hand picked. Sure, your parents might have hoped for you to have their eyes or their freckles. Mine wanted me to be the best weapon for WWIII.
Yup! You heard it here first, folks! Not only was I experimented on, but I was made this way by the people who are supposed to be running this world. Not to protect people, but for warfare. I don't 100% know WHY I was created to be a spy, but whatever works I guess--maybe WWIII will be underwater? I escaped from their popsicle stand when I was about ten--it wasn't hard. They created me as a stealth weapon-good on them?--so not getting caught by them was a blast. Unfortunately, some plans don't go the way you planned. I was captured by those bastards about three years later: my punishment was their little vision test. Most of the time, I'm pretty much blind. There are moments in the day when that veil dissolves, and my sight is probably the best in the world. Shh..They don't know that! How did you think I escaped the 2nd time?
Nowadays, I just roam. For the most part, I'm alone. Sure, I struggle, but I was built to survive on my own and it's not too bad. Lonely? Eh. But..to be honest, I heard there were others like me--escapees. Is it my fault if that makes me a little excited?
