Alright everyone, here is the "out of character" thread where I'll post announcements and where we can all chat about the RP.

Here's the info from "The Way this Works" section from the interest check, just to remind everyone. I made some minor changes:

I'll start us off with the first post. Then everyone will post once to describe their arrival to the house. Let everyone put up their first post before you reply for a second time. After that, it will be a free for all. Try to let at least two people post before you post again, but this is not a strict rule. I don’t want to discourage people from adding to the RP if they’re online and want to play.

Each of you will die sometime during the RP. This is a murder mystery after all. The first person to die will be one of my characters, so don’t worry about getting the axe early. And when I do finally message you to let you know you’ve been murdered, please be a good sport about it. Don’t think of it as getting kicked out. Think of it as your grand finale! All eyes on you as you make a fantastically dramatic death scene. You even get to chose how you go.

So basically, this RP will have a definite end: when no one but the murderer and one last person are alive. Then we can all watch as they duke it out to the bitter end. Who knows, maybe the last person will escape…

One of you will be the murderer. I will wait to decide whom to chose after I see all of you post a few times. Then I will message one of you and let you know that you’re the cold-blooded killer among us. What you decide to do with the information is up to you. You can act suspicious or play innocent. But whatever you do, don’t tell anyone! The murderer and I will chat OOC and decide the next victim. This will go on until everyone except one is dead.

Is there any way to increase your chances of survival? Maybe! Making friends with the right people, avoiding the suspicious ones and perhaps finding a weapon to defend yourself could maybe help you out in the end. Maybe.

Are you allowed to guess who you think the murderer is? Definitely! I encourage it! That will create terrific drama if people start accusing each other. Be careful though...the people that point fingers may become the next target. You can also feel free to guess who the murderer is in the OOC thread. A note to our future murderer: Take care not to reveal yourself!

I have to ask...where'd you find the clips for the video? What movie is it from?

I used two sources: A 2009 movie adaptation of The Turn of the Screw and Downton Abbey. I'm a fan of the actress who stars in both of them, Michelle Dockery.

The video was a result of me discovering the amazingness of iMovie on my macbook...and getting carried away xD

I'll hopefully be finishing the CS tonight and get posting tomorrow, unless my internet decides to betray me during that. But besides from that, looking good! I much anticipate this.

Also, are we going to archive the characters on a seperate page? Otherwise I might as well just compile the sheet posted in the iCheck thread into links so we can access them, if it's okay for me to do it.

Oh man, that would be fantastic if you could do that, Base. It would be helpful if everyone can quickly go back and reference who all these characters are. I wasn't sure how to link to individual posts, but I know there's a way to do it. x) If you get all of that together, just send it to me and I'll put it up on...the IC thread? Or the OOC thread? I don't know, which one would you guys prefer?
