Looking for someone to make a campus map, please. (for free?)

Hey guys.

I'm making an academy roleplay and I really want to provide a map of the campus for everyone, but I've been experiencing a couple problems:
1. I can't find a good, free software to make these maps on. Paint just won't cut it, at least, when I tried on there.
2. I'm having trouble actually thinking of a realistic layout for the campus.

I was hoping you might be able to help me here. If you could make me a map, I would be so grateful. I'd give you credit on the roleplay and everything.

If you do decide to take up my offer, I just need to give you some pointers. For the rest, you have creative freedom.
-It is next to a beach.
-I need a football stadium.
-I need 3 different dorm buildings: Murex Hall (the one we are roleplaying in), Cassis Hall, and Sidus Hall
-General important buildings: administrative offices, gym, cafeteria/lounge, academics (which can be separate buildings or all in one, if you want)

The placement and sizes and everything is up to you, and you may also add some additional buildings/rooms that you think may be important.

Keep in mind that this is a high school academy with, I'd say, about 2,000-2,500 students. Most live in the dorms, but some live nearby and can commute.

I'll happily make maps for fantasy Rps should you need one. I also make for D&D and table top
