So I had an idea for a roleplay based on Full Metal Alchemist and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in it. Just to be clear, your characters would be original characters, not from the actual anime. Some of those guys will be around, but they'll be NPC's. This is going to be a sort of alternate outcome, I'm going to play with the events a little bit and then set the story about 20 years in the future. Basically I'm going to have Roy Mustang be Fuhrer, Alphonse and Ed have restored their bodies and are legends among the State Alchemists. The Philosopher's Stone is gone, as are the original homunculi. ALex Louise Armstrong is now a Colonel. THe plot is going to be that a being from beyond the Door has joined itself with the Philosopher's stone, creating a power sentient being that steals life to make itself stronger, then returns the bodies of it's victims as a sort of Homunculi army. This is just a rough outline. You can play new Homunculi fighting for the Being(I haven't come up with a name yet) or State Alchemists fighting against it. Most of this will be roleplayed through, as in the beginning it won't be clear what the State Alchemists are up against. So, any takers?

Okay, I've added a bit more of what I was thinking would happen. This is something I've created out of a simple idea, so it's still in the rough draft phase. I just wanted to see if anyone was interested in the idea before I solidify the plot.

Totally interested...I've already got an alchemist in mind. And just a thought I have always heard of the Being called Truth, The Truth or something of the like.

Mhm, the plot shows that there's only the Truth behind the door. But what I think Kael is pointing at is a new being behind the door?
